Localização. Temperatura da água da piscina exterior.

Cons:

Da limpeza. O vidro em redor da piscina deveria ser limpo com frequência apresentando-se cristalino. Falta de manutenção evidente com madeira degradada, jatos e corrimão de piscina degradados. Nota-se a falta de equipa de manutenção em permanência para manter o hotel em níveis elevados para um hotel 4 estrelas.

Simpatia dos funcionários. Bom pequeno-almoço.

Cons:

Não ter internet a funcionar no quarto (quando reportado disseram ser um problema no servidor mas nas 4 noites da estadia não foi resolvido). A zona da piscina deveria estar mais bem tratada - poucas espreguiçadeiras e guarda sóis ainda menos. A relva a precisar de ser cuidada, a zona da piscina fica muito aquém de um hotel de 4 estrelas.
