Pros:

Great comfy beds. The kitchens were well stocked with everything you need. Super clean.

Goryu's Sakka Quad Lift is a couple minutes away on foot if even that.

Would not hesitate to stay again!

Pros:

ホテルの本ビルではなく、横にあるコテージの滞在でした。

中は天井にシミがあったり蜘蛛の巣が多くあったのが残念な点でした。

Pros:

There were a lot of ladybugs in the room. Hotel staff they were helpful and tried to clean up but they were still around.

The floor is not clean and we observed small insects around.

The utensils are not perfectly clean initially. For those being used and then clean up by housing keeping, they are fine.

TV doesn’t work and we can’t watch new year count down!

Pros:

Great location, great atmosphere
Pros:

I would recommend this hotel to any of our friends! The food available in the bar is great if a tiny bit pricy. The bar also has great live music and happy hour so will get busy. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Great atmosphere and an awesome location for skiing at Happo one! The free driver and shuttle service makes travelling out to other restaurants or resorts super easy! The only negative is the bathrooms are a tiny bit small.

Disappointing
Pros:

Stayed in room 303. I dont mind paying a premium for a great location but the room was small, only fresh towels delivered each day (no cleaning) and the noise from the bar on the 2nd floor was terrible. Won't stay there again.

Pros:

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Villa Hakuba! The rooms are great (Apple TV and Netflix a bonus) and the staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. It is a little far from the main village but the shuttle service is brilliant (just let them know where you want to go and they'll drive you) and Sakka slope is just a few steps away. The dry room is great (big enough and secure) and the Rabbit Hole next door is brilliant for a real coffee before you set off and a burger when you get back from a day on the slopes. Loved it!

Close to ski lifts
Pros:

Staff were super helpful and more than happy to recommend places to eat/drink etc. Good mountain recommendations too. Would be nice if hotel guests received a discount at the Rabbit Hole restaurant as it's quite pricey in there.

The hotel is a little bit away from the main parts of Hakuba are, so you do need to get a shuttle to and from the hotel - bus run regularly or the hotel driver takes you which is great.

Rooms are pretty basic - bed, shower, tv, kettle, mini fridge - would be nice if more breakfast type amenities were provided as a decent morning meal is pretty hard to find, especially when you're planning to spend the whole day on the slopes.

Overall, a pretty pricey place to stay for what you get but nice and comfortable beds and rooms.

Home away from home
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hotel Villa. So good to come back to a warm and comfortable bed after skiing. Staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly, especially Kat (thank you so much for your help with everything, from booking dinners to picking us up when we were stranded at the bus terminal, to answering our hundred thousand questions - you're a star!) It was nice to be around fellow Aussies and grab a delicious burger at the bar downstairs, and then there's the truffle fries - yum!

Perfect location
Pros:

What a fantatsic holiday! Hotel Villa certainly helped every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible, with a family of 5, with booking restaurants, amazing complementary shuttle services to and from, organizing bag delivery so we weren’t lugging them back to Tokyo, and just helping us any way they can. Big shout out to Kat at front desk ........ fantastic customer service along with the rest of her team. Good job guys.
Location was fantastic, 2 min walk to the ski lifts, funky restaurant down stairs, convenience store up the road and facilities clean and welcoming!
Loved our stay, could not fault in any way.

Great place to stay in Hakuba
Pros:

Great spot nestled right at the base of the mountains in Hakuba. The team there is mostly made up of Westerners and they really know customer service, particularly Krista who managed reservations. The hotel is just on the edge of town but I found that this contributed to a more relaxing stay as the true beauty of Hakuba is not found in the town center itself. The access to the ski lift (about 50 feet) and the mountains was incredible and I really, really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended!

快適なホテル
Pros:

とても広くてセンスのいいホテルでした。ベッドが4つもあって広々かつ快適に過ごせました。ほんの少しだけ掃除が行き届いてない所がありましたが、気にならない程度です。大変素晴らしいホテルでした!!!
