Hotel muy regular, en lo personal no es para regresar.
Pros:

La ubicación. Algún miembro del personal como Fidel, el cantinero e Ismael el recamarista MUY buenos, gentiles y muy disponibles, otros regulares.

Cons:

El hotel en general, promete mucho más de lo que realmente ofrece; el menú del restaurante es regular, no hay ninguna opción vegana ni vegetariana ni natural, no sabía qué pedir. El precio del hotel es caro en relación con lo que ofrece. No regresaré.

The Rooms were so comfortable and Beautiful. Steeped in Rich history and vibrant paintings, the hotel is a Work of Art itself! Everything was so clean and smelled great...even the tissue! The staff were so kind and treated us like family! The location was Superb! The beds and sheets were So Comfortable! The Food was Fantastic and the Bakery out of this world! We could not have been more pleased! We Highly recommend Casona de los Sapos Boutique Hotel! Mitsy, Louis, ALL the Staff went out of their way to help us as we prepared for our Daughter's Wedding at Puebla Cathedral! We WIll be Back! The Mendez Clarks
