La ubicación es accesible, la casona me gustó mucho pero tiene algunos puntos en su contra
El servicio del restaurante lento, el olor de las habitaciones y del hotel es desagradable, las almohadas son muy incómodas, la iluminación es muy tenue y se torna deprimente

El día que llegamos que fue Jueves, el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría y en las mañanas el restaurante estaba muy lleno y había poco personal y tardaron en traer los alimentos,pero la atención fue buena

We had many breakfast options, and it was delicious. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

El restaurante es una joya.....las instalaciones de primera.....el personal siempre amable y atento.
Al ser un cliente regular de este hotel.... cada vez me fijo más en los detalles.... esta habitación apesar de ser más grande. Y hasta cierto punto más lujosa.... el piso rechinaba muchísimo.... pero lo repito son detalles que notas cuando ya eres un cliente regular y que va 2 o 3 veces al año.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Puebla, especially if they are coming on the weekend. The hotel is next to all the weekend bazaars. The hotel provides parking space, which is very convenient too.
