Best hotel in Mataram!
Pros:

Comfy bed, lovely staff, we even had a little lizard in our bathroom who we loved!😂
Need I say again the bed!! The bed was incredible

It’s a good place to stay in the city.
Pros:

The location is perfect. It’s not far away from the airport, and it’s easy to get a taxi through gojek which is cheaper than Grab. There are many delicious foods nearby. The staffs are nice. The breakfast buffet offers many choices. The price is very reasonable.

Cons:

The bath towel is too old.

清掃スタッフは少し英語が通じるので助かります。
プールサイドも快適でした。

Cons:

特になし。
あとRp50000〜70000安かったら、mataramに来た時はここしか泊まらないです。

Disappointed
Pros:

We left the hotel shortly after checking in due to unacceptable cleanliness and visible gaps around the door and windows that allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. We spent no more than 10 minutes in the room. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied. This was very disappointing and not the standard we expected.

The place for a good sleep in a big city
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, clean and modern. I had such a good sleep there, I love comfort of hotel pillows and beds. This one has it all! Just one thin is - it was a bit loud from the street. Especially in a bid city - soundproof windows are very important. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast was also available and even it was a buffet, I loved it. Very good quality breakfast, the variety was impressive. I didn’t use the pool unfortunately. Maybe next time.
