We got a room on the 14th floor so we had an amazing view. The room was also larger than we expected Staff was usually very friendly, breakfast was great and we really enjoyed using the pool. The location was very close to the centre of Boca Raton, so that was very convenient. The parking garage was great too & $25 per night for parking was reasonable.
Couldn't think of anything they could improve. The hotel is a little older, but the rooms didn't feel outdated or anything like that.

This property is conveniently located minutes away from the beach, retail, restaurants and grocery stores. Free breakfast is always a great perk. The shower was also very clean.
The room was very clean but the couch had a bit of an odor and the base boards need to be concealed.

Front desk staff were sullen, didn't find them welcoming and first impressions are long-lasting so training in this area may be necessary. The room had a musty smell (like s 'wet carpet' smell) so that was unpleasant.
Excelente ubicacion, cerca de todo. En relacion preio-calidad super bien. Las habitaciones comodas, limpias, con un olor a limpio. El personal excelente muy amables.
Creo que deberian mejorar con el desayuno. Para la cantidad de personas que se hospedan deberian hacer un desayuno que alcance. Estuve dos dias, el primer dia no habia platos, y el segundo se acabo el huevo, los panqueques. Y como sigerencia podrian extender el horario hasra las 11 am.

Although the room was spacious, it was lacking character and charm. It was very sterile. You should probably fix the seat cushions at the restaurant. See attached
It’s a great location and it was clean.
The bed mattress needed to be replaced. It was uneven and we couldn’t sleep properly. Also the large glass bathroom door entry sliding mounts were broken and that was dangerous. It was obviously broken, it was hard to believe it hadn’t been previously fixed.
Comfortable bed
Loud elevator heard from the room, poor breakfast, very little to choose from, unfriendly staff front desk personnel never once greeted us when we passed by the front desk
