La habitacion bastante buena y la ubicacion del hotel es muy centrica

Cons:

No me gusto el trato del personal, precisamente de CAROLINA o CAROLINE, Manager del Hotel que no tiene ninguna disposicion a atender a los huspedes, ignora lo que uno le habla o le solicita, actua como si uno no estaria ya pagando bastante por los servicios del hotel

I booked this hotel because I needed a place to stay while attending a friend’s wedding nearby. From the second I walked in to check in, I was greeted by very friendly staff. The location was perfect within walking distance of my friend’s venue in a beautiful part of Boca Raton. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with plenty of options and attentive staff offering to clear finished plates. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
