Cons:

If we turned the air conditioner up to a higher temperature so that it wouldn't be too cold in the evening, we couldn't turn the temperature down later.

Cuidado con el desayuno!
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y la piscina genial. El resto del personal, muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno (de 6:30 a 10:30) fue un desastre. Llegamos a las 10:35 AM y, aunque el buffet seguía casi completo, una empleada nos negó el acceso de muy malas formas. Solo nos ofreció té/café y un triste plato de arroz con pescado frito. ¡Trato cero profesional!
El Gran Problema: Mientras comíamos, vimos a esta empleada volcar la leche y el zumo usados del buffet de vuelta a los cartones originales para guardarlos.
Esto es un riesgo sanitario enorme. Así es justo como uno se agarra el temido "Bali Belly" (gastroenteritis del viajero) cuando esperas un desayuno seguro. La gerencia debe tomar medidas serias contra estas prácticas de higiene.

Comfortable, close to airport
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, wonderful staff in reception and room cleaning. Good air con, nice views from roof and pool area looked lovely.

Cons:

Breakfast was rather uninviting, crowded with noisy guests who looked like workmen so few seats for single diners. Few options for westerners but I managed to fill up in the end! Staff not nearly as pleasant or helpful as staff in reception and room service.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, da sehr zentral. Eine Mall und der Strand sowie Warungs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind eher ruhig, obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Strassenlärm ist kaum bis gar nicht zu hören. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer ist schön. Pool-Handtücher werden auch gestellt.

Cons:

Laken und Handtücher haben manchmal Flecken aber sind frisch gewaschen. Die Wände bzw. Türen sind sehr dünn. Daher ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig was die Geräusche innerhalb des Hotels angeht (Fernseher, Dusche, Toilette, Gespräche auf dem Flur).
Nichtsdestotrotz für einen Kurzaufenthalt nach Ankunft oder vor Abreise eindeutig zu empfehlen.
