Enjoyed my stay! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. 4.5/5 stars. Almost perfect! Minor tweaks needed, but overall a wonderful experience

very bad services I satayed there for 2 days
1- gyser was not on in morning , such a old fashioned basic amenity missing , the team has to swith on geyser each day to supply warm water in washrooms
2- despite asking to switch on the gyser the next day, it was still the same.
3- GST no was provided to mention in Bill , at the time of check in , still GST no was not mentioned in Bill

Hotel is much worse than it's photos.
When I arrived at hotel I realized that every photos of this hotel were fake.
I planed to stay for 2 days but I checked out one day early even though it was totally non-refundable.
I couldn't stay one more night at this hotel.

I liked the hotel and property. It was nice, clean, worth of it's price and staff was friendly. There was some issue during checking in with my ebookers recervation, but staff worked it out quickly. There is not things I didn't like during my stay. Only thing was in time to time a bit noicy neighbourgh builfing but it related to diwali celebrations so I understand and was no broblem to me.

The property first was not sure of my days of stay as they had not gone through their emails. then they tried to charge me more than what I had been invoiced by EXPEDIA as room rent. When contested they reduced it but did not share a proper invoice which states the amount paid. they shared an invoice which was less than what I had paid.

Rooms are basic, the bed linen rough and worn out, breakfast was pretty ordinary. the cutlery was dirty and the water bottles were dirty and dusty.

Booking didn't show up on the system. Was asked to move to another hotel for 1 night.

I was staying in this hotel for 4 days, and I got Hot water for bath only once.
I made several complaints but, no response form hotel management.

Linen was spotty, bathrooms were not very clean, old infra, Iron did not work.
Staff was helpful and prompt.

No ironing board no hair dryer . Very little toilet paper and tea milk powder to make second cup of tea/coffee

Nothing so special. Just an ordinary property with very limited parking slots

Very okayish room for the price (4000+)
Very basic breakfast for the extra charge (around 450/-)

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast.

NIce and clean budget hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good for families.

It was a average stay, frequent power cuts although back up generator working but it was a nuisance
Limited choice on breakfast and dinner menu
wifi not correctly working
there was also confusion when hotel asked for payment which was already done in advance
Given the choice I will not stay again
On positive side its a new hotel, clean and rooms are all right.
