The hotel was ok but the environment totally sucked!!

L'emplacement devant le palais municipal, la propreté, le design très élégant la chambre décorée sur le thème de Rulfo, rare, même si un peu petite , le calme même si peu insonorisée, le parking à côté

Cons:

L'absence de petit déjeuner ( il vaut mieux se contenter de la boutique à côté car à 9h du matin tout le monde dort à Orizaba!), le prix est quand même démesuré lorsqu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner !

Dishonest Staff and Downgraded Stay – Never Again
Pros:

I booked 3 nights in the Master Suite, a room we’ve stayed in several times before. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the A/C in that suite wasn’t working and that we would be downgraded to another room. However, I happened to walk by the suite I had reserved and saw that it was already occupied by someone else. Clearly, the story about the A/C was a lie.

When I confronted her, she changed her story and claimed the mattress was damaged. It wasn’t until I mentioned legal action that she sent me to the front desk to “resolve” the issue. We ended up staying in the downgraded room simply because we had a tight schedule and were already there.

Unfortunately, every staff member we interacted with tried to cover for one another, each repeating different excuses. The owner was present and offered a complimentary dinner, but I didn’t want a free meal—I just wanted the suite I paid for.

The downgraded room felt cheap and neglected. The shower doors were covered in old soap scum, and the room showed clear signs of wear and tear.

After this experience, we’ll be looking for a new hotel in the area. It’s disappointing to see such poor service and dishonesty from a place we used to enjoy.

A real shame.

El hotel súper lindo, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Es la 3ra vez que voy a Orizaba y definitivamente este ha sido el mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado en la ciudad. Altamente recomendable!

Lovely location but disappointing stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, could walk everywhere and Orizaba is a very safe and very interesting city.
Room was a good size, and it was comfortable, but its situation poor.

Cons:

We arrived a little early but were made to wait until 15.00, we observed that no one went to the room during that time. It was ready when we arrived!!!
The noise levels were close to intolerable, early hours shouting, talking, drunks.
We were given the first room on ground floor so could hear everything. Choice of shutting window and freezing or leaving window open and even more noise.
Breakfast was not good! Coffee undrinkable.

Es un alojamiento bonito pero a la llegada con algunos retrasos con la reservación ya que refirieron era debido a la reserva por medio de la plataforma. La habitacion olía bastante a humedad y tenía humedad muy visible cerca del aire acondicionado. Por lo demás muy bien. Aunque no excepcional como lo describían.

Nice hotel but couldn’t rest because of loud guests at the patio and nobody told them to go to their rooms

The fact that they let guests stay at the central patio in the middle of the night. I was sleeping when at 4am some guests arrived screaming and laughing really loud and stayed at a table there until 9 am!!! Terrible experience
