Breakfast is good. Room are ok.
Very clean, great location and helpful staff.
I didn’t find anything that I liked about it.
There was no hot water in the shower and the pressure was really low. The bed was hard and squeaked loudly. The tv was obsolete and there were only a few channels with commercials and no phone connectivity. There was a loud event going on and the bass was loud through the floor. The aircon was old and intermittently got warm.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die 10 Jahre Jubiläumsfeier war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr über den kostenlosen Shuttle Service zum Flughafen gefreut.

Llegamos y nada funcionaba. Todo estaba sin pilas, incluso la cerradura de la habitación asà que tuvimos que esperar a que lo arreglaran en medio del pasillo un buen rato a las 12 de la noche que llegamos. El café del desayuno es agua sucia

The airport shuttle service was a huge plus and made our arrival completely stress-free. The driver was already waiting for us at the airport, helped us with all of our luggage, and welcomed us with a smile. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our luggage was carried all the way to our room, which we really appreciated after a long journey.
They even went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to El Nido for the following day. The van they recommended was very comfortable, making the trip much more enjoyable.
We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!
