A great hotel with all the comforts of home.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. This is a quality hotel with attentive staff. The location is brilliant. I’m returning for another night before flying out.

Cons:

The plug in the bathroom sink didn’t close but it was a minor issue.

We stayed at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel Palawan from 16th June to 21st June, room 322 and 330 it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had.

Our Deluxe Room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The Filipino breakfast included each morning was delicious, with plenty of choices to start the day. My son absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent as much time there as possible!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a complimentary welcome drink, which made us feel instantly welcomed. The free airport pick-up and drop-off service was a fantastic bonus and made our journey stress-free.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We also booked island hopping and tours through the hotel. The prices were reasonable, and it was very convenient having everything arranged in one place.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, this was the perfect base for our 5-day stay in Palawan, and we would highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa.
