Bad experience about the best western hotel in Menomonie Wisconsin
Pros:

Terrible experience customer service was terrible and they will literally take your money/deposit and will file a claim that you destroyed the room and some of the people barely speak any English they were rude since I checked into the hotel never again

It was more expensive than some other nearby motels but we felt it was worth the extra money.
Pros:

Location was good and the breakfast was good. Everything was clean and well kept. We liked this motel.

Cons:

The TV remote took some time to figure out.

Pros:

Well run hotel. Very good manager who helped make coordinating the booking of several rooms for multiple family members. Breakfast was good and better than our usual experience.

Quiet and staff very pleasant with guests.
Pros:

Location for shopping and bed are comfortable

Cons:

Hot tub dirty and jets not working properly outlets not working and paint chipping breakfast was ok but had down falls on some days
