Comfortable stay, but we ended up in the handicap room, which was strange.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and convenient. The air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

We didn't know we were staying in the room equipped for accessibility for handicapped people. The bed was low and a little strange. I didn't feel as private either.

I wasn’t comfortable with the hot tub—mild warm; pool didn’t look really clean. Since I am a swimmer, I appreciate hotels with a nice pool and hot tub. The staff wasn’t attentive to people at the desk and I waited a long time to check-in and 2 other times.
The ”store” had very little food ad 1 totally empty refrigerator/freezer—the staff said there were frozen dinners in the kitchen when I asked if there were frozen meals/any food for sale and I was able to purchase 2 frozen TV dinners.
The room was clean and comfortable; price was high…

While the breakfast was great, we would not stay here again.

The breakfast options were very nice. There was a good variety, and everyone in my family found something they liked, which was great.

Cons:

In a room booked for two adults and two kids, there were still only towels for two people. The tub did not drain properly and quickly filled up with water during a shower. The water temperature also randomly dropped all the time. The toilet still had pee stains on it from a previous guest. And when we went to leave on checkout day, we found a pair of underwear in the bathroom, under the sink, that did not belong to any of us. Obviously this bathroom was not cleaned very well. My husband was also disturbed to see that the bathroom in the pool area had exposed Sheetrock in it, and it was very wet and ready to grow mold.

Comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Overall good. Do not like the pre made "rubber" omelette. Good selction of baked goods. Love the coffee/latte machine. Great waffles.

Bad experience about the best western hotel in Menomonie Wisconsin
Pros:

Terrible experience customer service was terrible and they will literally take your money/deposit and will file a claim that you destroyed the room and some of the people barely speak any English they were rude since I checked into the hotel never again
