For wedding parties not exclusively hiring Le Bouchon for their celebrations there will be a GBP 250 surcharge on each room booked for the bride and bridesmaids. There will also be a further GBP 250 surcharge each for both photographers and videographers on the day.
Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis. The management will consider requests for specific rooms but cannot guarantee them.
Please note that guests will be charged if any damage or loss to the property occurs during a guests' stay.
All of our bedrooms are accessed via a staircase, due to being a Grade II listed building, we do not have a elevator. Please note that our Deluxe King, Classic King and Junior Suite rooms are located on the top floor, and require another set of stairs to access. Should you have limited mobility, or require assistance with stairs, please make our reception team aware upon booking so they can allocate you a first floor room subject to availability.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and the food is amazing.
Drinks are very expensive. Cooked breakfast isn’t served every day - only Wednesday to Sunday - with Continental style on Monday and Tuesday.

I have no complaints whatsoever.
Great location for my meeting, literally round the corner. Lovely Classic Room, bar and restaurant was beautifully laid out and the staff were very friendly, Peter and James particularly so! The meal was stunning, my starter was seared scallops with chorizo jam and fried chorizo and my main was spring lamb, sautéed potatoes with a pea and mint jus, cooked to my taste and it was delicious! 😋😋
Had a lovely stay and even popped back to have a coffee with a colleague, as our meeting was delayed and the staff were very accommodating and friendly… the cleaners stopped hoovering, so they didn’t disturb us and said they’d polish instead! Great place and will definitely stay again!
The only downside was that in the morning, when someone elsewhere in the building was showering, the pipes in my bathroom (room 3) were very noisy, thankfully I always have earplugs so it wasn’t such a big deal but I’d certainly have been disturbed had I not had them in.

Room a little small
We very much enjoyed our brief stay here. Our room was cosy and comfortable and the hotel is in a very peaceful location. The breakfast room was delightful, with natural light flooding in, and the staff were super friendly! We even got given some extra pastries to sustain us on our homeward journey :)
