The location was convenient . The staff were helpful. The apartment size was decent.

Cons:

There was a disinfectant smell in the room which was a bit strong. In the middle of the night, the AC stopped working and it was quite hot.

Great stay for families in the heart of Chatswood
Pros:

Super spacious, clean and great undercover parking. It’s situated in the heart of Chatswood so it was great being able to just pop down for food and shopping.

Excelente opción en Chatswood
Pros:

Excelente ubicación en Chatswood. El departamento contaba con dos dormitorios y nos pusieron una cama extra en el living que habíamos solicitado (ambientes bastante amplios). Tiene Lavarropas dentro del departamento, lavavajillas, cafetera nespresso, pava eléctric, etc. Te cambian toallas y sacan la basura todos los días (y te reponen todo lo que hayas usado por ejemplo cápsulas de café, detergente de ropa y de vajilla). No menos importante, de 6:30 a 9:30 am en el lobby hay una carrito donde podes pedir café y banana bread. Excelente atención, incluso necesitábamos desarmar una cosa y nos prestaron un destornillador amablemente.

Cons:

Sinceramente no creo que haya mucho que criticar. Solo podría decir que el living podría tener black out porque uno de mis hijos dormía ahí. También las almohadas me parecieron incómodas, sería bueno que ofrezcan una alternativa más baja porque son altísimas e incómodas.
