Pros:

Parking right under hotel accessible from within is great n convenient
Full kitchen facilities and in-room washer/dryer for laundry

Cons:

Would be better if washer n dryer are separate machines . Dryer took almost three hours to dry and had to air dry on rack overnight

The standard dropped
Pros:

Great location, very convenient for shopping and dining.

Cons:

We stayed for four nights, but amenities were not refilled after house cleaning.
A very dirty towel was changed once.
No wifi throughout our stay.
The air conditioning was either very cold or off. It is impossible to set the temperature.

Needs refresh and greater attention to cleanliness.
Pros:

Location was great for our purposes.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness was poor. Our second stay here we’d hoped there would have been improvement. Comfortable despite being grotty.

Good but could use improvement on curtains
Pros:

Location was good, room was good value for money

Cons:

Floors being redone wasn’t ideal and only having a sheer curtain with no bedroom door was terrible as someone who can’t sleep with any light in the room.

Comfortable convenience to explore and enjoy Sydney
Pros:

Super comfortable and spacious suite in a fantastic location surrounded by excellent transport and food options. Also, being in the middle of a long trip, it was really handy having the washer and dryer facility in suite. Staff were superb and friendly too. Great value!

Cons:

There was nothing he that I didn’t like about my stay. It was perfect.
