Outstanding and far better than expected. The location is on a truly great beach. The resort may be "older" but it has been upgraded and is a good combination of traditional and modern. The staff couldn't be more friendly. The morning buffet is high quality. The grounds are lovely. Two pools. I highly recommend.

Only guest at the hotel on a Thursday. In two months in Vietnam this restaurant is the only thing that made me sick and three days later I still have food poisoning. Also got bites all over at night. Staff was super unfriendly. Place is beautiful, but there's a reason why its abandoned.

Very old room, hot water didnt work, aircon unit from the room above was extremely loud

Had to move rooms as there was no hot water.. the new room then had an aircon unit from the room upstairs outside the window which made the whole room vibrate and was extremely noisey. The reception seems to be unmanned and it really is in the middle of nowhere.. nice beach and pool

We booked for an overnight stopover while on a motorbike ride. After checking in we had a good lunch at the restaurant but as the pool didn’t appear useable due to rubbish and lack of cleanliness, no loungers or seating on the beach and an overall dreariness to the poorly maintained hotel we checked out and continued our journey. The room itself was okay but the building and hallway were dark and dingy. The beach was reasonably nice and/but empty as there wasn’t too much rubbish around.

We booked a dopple room as the pictures looked nice. When we checked in and saw our room we knew that this is not where we are staying tonight! You could smell and see the mould on the sealing and there was a dead gecko smashed in the door frame probably a couple of month old! So we wanted to change the room they showed us 2 other rooms just as bad.... so we asked for a bungalow but even the bungalow aren't looking like anything close to the pictures! But at least the smell was gone and it was sort of clean! The sheets still had stains...
The pool is dirty and the wood around it is in very bad conditions!
We had dinner in the hotel the food was really nice but the tablecloth had stains and holes and the mosquitos make it almost impossible to relax and enjoy! Pretty much no one here speaks englisch except from the lady at the reception! Even ordering a drink was difficult as pointing out: 1 lemon juice and 1 Heineken! Was to hard for the waitress...but we somehow got what we ordered! And the food was really yummy! We are a backpacking couple so all we ask for is a nice bed and a clean room. We like to stay somewhere nice every now and then but this hotel is the biggest disappointment! We wouldn't stay here again as it is really just the food that is good!

Beautiful resort with nice size swimming pool, we have nice stay, but noise at night due to some Vietnamese guests smoke and drink at the hallway, the smoke got in to our room, need better policy for after hours guest activities. Hard to find taxi, we have to call Tam Quan taxi and pay extra money for them to come to pick us up.

Все хорошо, но в номере чайник есть, а чай или кофе не приносят. Не очень чисто в номере, но если останавливаться на сутки или двое, то нормально. Wi-Fi ну очень медленный. В ресторане отзывчивый персонал.

This was almost the perfect stay at Sa Huynh Beach. The hotel was spacious and the parking was plenty. Check in was completed with ease. The hotel is immaculate and is very comfortable and picturesque. The beach was clear of rubbish, well done to the hotel for this. The food for lunch and diner was very nice and cooked to perfection. The only drawback with this hotel was the breakfast. Sadly, it failed to hit the mark. This was due to the toaster oven not working properly. It would only toast bread on one side because the top side element won’t come on due to broken controls. Come on guys, purchase a toaster or a new oven. Help make people’s stay there perfect.
