Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel abbiamo suonato il citofono, non ci ha risposto nessuno, ma ci siamo accorti che la porta era aperta, quindi siamo entrati. Abbiamo aspettato un attimo, ma c'era il vuoto. Luci spente, nessuno all'ingresso, nei corridoi, niente. Allora abbiamo telefonato al numero indicato, la chiamata si interrompeva da sola (telefono staccato). Allora ho scritto tramite la chat dell'app, nessuna risposta. Quindi la strutura era completamente fuori controllo perché chiunque poteva entrare, prendere una chiave e decidere se occupare una stanza o svaligiarne una. Abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti che, nel giro di 50 minuti, ci ha trovato un altro posto in zona (Di Vita Residence) annullando la prenotazione qui al Master. Situazione assurda.

Colazione con tanta scelta, anche se manca pane fresco e scelte senza lattosio. Camera pulita

Cons:

Poca illuminazione, reception e corrodidoi al buio. Muffa in corridoio e una chiazza enorme in camera.
