I didn't stay here the hotel confirmed my booking and then 1 hour before check in they said I can't stay. Then asked me to cancel but there was a cancellation fee, Hotel refused to cancel the booking on their end, be careful when booking here.

Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage sehr gut, gute Matratzen.

Cons:

Alles so ziemlich abgewohnt, ich hatte den Eindruck dass der Boden in den beiden Aufzügen noch nie gereinigt wurde, die Toilette im Fitnessraum ist praktisch unbenutzbar, der Pool ist okay, aber es fehlt der Sonnenschutz.

Cons:

A las 14 horas les dijimos que el minibar no funcionaba, y cuando volvimos a las 20 horas no lo habían solucionado. Y dijeron que ya lo solucionarían al día siguiente. Con 33° por el día y con agua caliente para beber !!!! Creo que no es normal ese trato en un Hotel de cuatro estrellas. Tuvimos que insistirles en que lo solucionaran, y aún así pusieron un minibar que casi no enfriaba. El ascensor, cada vez que se para en una planta suena un timbre que, aunque no estés cerca del propio ascensor, te molesta. Así que no pegas ojo. Hemos estado en hoteles de dos y tres estrellas en Vietnam mejores que éste que tiene cuatro.

Comfortable Stay Near My Khe Beach
Pros:

Great stay overall in a very convenient location, just a short walk (around 100m) from My Khe Beach. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby, and it’s easy to get into town as well.
The staff were lovely for the most part, the security/doorman was especially kind and welcoming, always friendly and helpful with recommendations (he pointed us towards some great local markets). The breakfast and housekeeping teams were also excellent, very attentive and pleasant to deal with.
The room itself was very comfortable and a great size. Having two double beds gave us loads of space, and the beds and pillows were honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve had in Vietnam. Good value for money overall.

Cons:

There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The door lock didn’t work properly, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Also, while the check-in process itself was smooth, one member of the reception team was a bit overly familiar and made some inappropriate suggestions (e.g. inviting us out for drinks with his friend), which felt unprofessional, especially as two female travellers.
Lastly, the curtains could do with a proper clean, as they felt a bit damp and not very fresh.
Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with great staff, but with a few areas that could be improved. I’d rate it around an 8/10.
