Great view
Pros:

We booked this hotel only for the view, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Yes, the hotel is outdated, the bathroom could use a renovation, and the cleanliness could be better. We already knew that before booking, so it wasn’t a surprise.

The view, especially at sunset and during the evening, was absolutely worth it. It felt like having your own sightseeing attraction right from the room. The location is also one of the best in Da Nang, with everything close by. For the view and the location alone, I would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The bathroom needs renovation, and the furniture needs to be replaced with newer ones.

Pros:

朝食ビュッフェがとても良かった。フォーを作ってくれる男性がとても親切で良い方でした。
海まで徒歩1分くらい。12階のファミリールームからも見えました。
海から帰って来る人のため？のタオルが入り口に用意されていて便利でした。
プールは小さいですが、子供を遊ばせるのにちょうど良いです。
チェックインの時間前に入れてくれたのもありがたかった。

Cons:

お部屋は髪の毛と砂が落ちている。
6泊しましたが、最初の日にベッドメイクがされていなかったので、次の日は廊下に清掃の人がいたので、タオルとゴミだけお願いしました。
このホテルはベッドメイクはしないホテルなんだと思っていたら、2日くらい突然人の入った形跡がある日もありました。ベッドはそのままで、タオルが変えてあったりゴミがないところとあるところがあったり、コーヒーを補充して下さっている事もありました。最後まで仕組みは分からず。

Pros:

Abbiamo dimenticato passaporti e portafogli con diversi contanti nella stanza e loro sono stati gentili e soprattutto onesti a farci recapitare il tutto tramite un grab ad Ha noi senza toccare nulla! Per il resto struttura ottima a due passi dal mare, pulita, vista mare con piscina e palestra ad un prezzo onestissimo.

Pros:

The location is excellent. It is only a 1–2 minute walk to the beach and is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The room rate is also affordable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. I stayed for 4 nights (5 days), and the air conditioner in my room was old, noisy, and did not cool the room properly. The refrigerator was not cold and even had mold inside.

Although housekeeping came every day, they only changed the towels and replenished the drinking water and coffee. The floor was never swept or cleaned, so sand from the beach and hair remained on the floor from the first day until the day I checked out.

The bed also had a strong musty smell, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Another issue was the noise. Before 6:00 a.m. on the morning of check-out, I was woken up by people talking loudly and knocking on doors in the hallway. In the evenings, children were running and playing on the floor, making it difficult to relax.

Breakfast was acceptable, but there was nothing special about it.

Great views, but bathroom issues
Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes from the beach, with amazing views. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the room are impressive and make the stay feel very special.

Cons:

However, the bathroom had a very strong unpleasant smell, so we had to keep the window open, which made the room humid and hot. A shame, because the room and location were great.

Duże wygodne łóżka. Mała liczba pokoi na piętrze dzięki czemu nie czekasz długo na windę.
Widok z okna cudowny- zwłaszcza górne piętra hotelu.

This stay was pleasant and provided an ideal location - decent for the price of the stay.

The location of this hotel is amazing. A quick walk to the beach and not far from the many restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast had an array of options and was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable, and for the most part, the rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The pool facilities did not live up to the photos, and the bathrooms in the room could definitely use an upgrade. It wasn't a pricey stay, so really, you get what you pay for.
