Pros:

l'hotel in generale è molto bello ed accogliente. La camera è ottima. La posizione è favorevole perché a due passi dal centro di Alba.
La colazione è stata eccezionale, ricca e con personale gentile e preparato.

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere la finestra nel bagno, perché sebbene ben areato, ritengo sia necessaria.
Purtroppo poi abbiamo avuto un problema nel bagno, in quanto c'era una perdita del bidet..
niente di irreparabile, ma pensavo che un Hotel 4 stelle ci avrebbe cambiato la camera, invece di posizionare un paio di asciugamani per contenere l'acqua. la cosa comunque non ha condizionato il soggiorno.
