Готель не великий, дуже затишний. Акуратно, чисто в кімнаті. Кімната велика, ліжка зручні.
Персонал дуже привітний. Заселення мало бути о 14, але ми приїхали о 12 і нас заселили. В номері є вода, кава, чай, цукор.
Зручний трансфер в аеропорт.

Czystość
The breakfast was adequate
1. The hotel is *technically " close to the airport but not by road. At least 20 minutes around airport perimeter & far longer in traffic.
2. The advertised "free shuttle" is a joke. They fail to inform you that it only runs on the half hour, maybe! You have to make an automated call & are directed to where to be picked up with no information about how long you will wait. On arrival I got there & the guy driving the shuttke had just got in his seat & despite there being plenty of room he told me I would have to wait for his colleague. After 40 minutes waiting & calling the hotel numerous times I took a taxi myself. On arrival at reception & telling the (very unconcerned & uninterested) receptionist she just shrugged her shoulders & said "it happens sone times with the drivers: !!
3. Given that I finally got to the hotel over an hour & 20 minutes after arrival at the airport with the traffic from there to the far away hotel i, & anyone else considering booking here would be better to stay at a cheaper but much nicer hotel in Warsaw centre & simply get the train durect to the airport. More efficient & far more dependable.
4. The rooms are supposedly designed with "subdued lighting" with no overhead light such that very hard to work on your laptop.
5. The beds unbelievably had the sort of plastic mattress covers they have in hospital for incontinent or bleeding patients. Hence you sweat badly & the bed rustles every time you move. Most uncomfortable.
6. The shower head would not stay in place & I have experienced greater waterpressure from one of those tiny watering cans you use on houseplants. Once you had shampoo on your hair, so poor you coukd hardly rinse it off.

W cenie był transfer lotniskowy-długie oczekiwanie z lotniska do hotelu zwłaszcza pierwszy pobyt 08.06.br.(ok.17.00) prawie godzinne.Mikrobusy nie mają stopni,co dla osób niższych lub z problemami narządu ruchu jest utrudnieniem-winno się to zmienić

Jak zwykle wszystko super! Pełnia zadowolenia. Przemiła Pani w recepcji, która wita uśmiechem, wygodny pokój, czysto, pachnąco...Byłam tu kilka razy przed i po locie z Okęcia.
Doskonale zorganizowany transport przed wylotem.
Nie sposób nie napisać o wyjątkowo smacznych posiłkach w hotelowej restauracji.

Чистота, приветливый персонал, хорошие кровати, тишина, расположение относительно аэропорта, возможность трансфера прямо в аэропорт, по желанию завтрак / ужин ( мы не покупали)
