Pros:

Good location, staff very friendly.

Cons:

Some of the furniture was broken and the chairs are very wobbly. Just needs a little up date and new furniture. Breakfast could do with better quality products.

Delightful, traditional seaside hotel
Pros:

What a delightful, traditional seaside hotel! I was really pleased to stay here, although it was only for one night. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was clean and everything that should have been there, was there. I thoroughly recommend it.

Not the same as last visit very disappointed this time round
Pros:

Lovely property bar staff Harry, Libby and Santa were lovely and very accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t up to standard especially when you had to pay extra for it the bacon was still breathing wasn’t asked how we wanted our eggs cooking and no one came back to the table to ask if everything was ok !! Upon leaving no one to be seen to complain about this. We have stayed before and everything was spot on, we recommended to the family who stayed too, felt let down on this visit

Ok - polite staff - but not again for us
Pros:

Bedroom was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Poor continental buffet was included as breakfast - although Nothing to offer GF - as we made very clear on our booking - all they could offer was GF bread and 2 poached eggs

We would like to stay at the hotel again if we had a better room.
Pros:

Location was good and the continental breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

Our room was number 10 it shouldn’t have had a double bed in that room. It was too small and cramped. Curtain was hanging off the rail which we had to fix. The blind on the other window was broken.

Shower head insecure in our room
Cooked Breakfast on second day not that good
Forgot me, had to remind them
Did apologise and refunded as a goodwill gesture though

We would definitely stay here again. The location was ideal for us, hotel was very comfortable and quiet.
