ゆったり寛げます
Pros:

お部屋もベッドも広々。
お風呂はトイレとは別のセパレートタイプ。
ゆっくり湯船に浸かれました。
京都駅からも歩ける距離ですし、地下鉄五条駅も近くです。立地条件がよく便利でした。

Cons:

私の今回の宿泊に関しては特に無いです。
スタッフにも宿泊客にも、誰にも会いませんでした。
3階までしかないので、エレベーターはないです。荷物がすごく重たいと大変かもしれません。

場所は京都駅から近かかった。

Cons:

スタッフがいなく、部屋番号の書いたキーボックスがあったが、それを開ける番号もわからず右往左往した。
電話をかけると2回目でスタッフが出て説明を受け、部屋が空いてるからそのまま入れるとのことでした。部屋に入った瞬間、これやばいな（オバケ的な感じで）って感じました。
綺麗というか、微妙な綺麗さ。ベッドリネンなどは清潔だが、布団自体が臭く、眠れない。部屋の雰囲気も不気味すぎて、ちょっと耐えられず、2泊の予定が、翌日朝、別ホテルに行きました。
京都あるあるだと思いますが、私の泊まった部屋がたまたまそういう雰囲気だったのかもしれませんが、もう2度と泊まりません。安さと利便性に釣られて予約してしまった自分を恨みました。

Pros:

閑静で交通の便が良い。
設備が整っている。湯沸かし，ドライヤー、冷蔵庫付きはありがたい。洗濯機が無料というのは素晴らしい。浴槽が深く洗い場があって，入浴が快適。トイレが別なのも気持ち良い。
部屋が広い。金庫が便利だった。

Cons:

スタッフがいないのが致命的
チェックイン時に部屋が開いていたので，誰か隠れていないか，トイレや洋服ダンス，扉を全部開けてチェックしました。とても怖かったです。玄関同様，部屋のドアもパスワードで開けるか、フロントなどに部屋別にしたセイフティーボックスを置いてその中にカギを保存し、セイフティボックスのパスワードを宿泊者に送る，など工夫してほしいです。他に宿泊客もないようで，とにかく怖かったです。他の点については文句のつけどころがありませんが、スタッフ不在という理由で，もう宿泊することはありません。

Près des transports pour un accès rapide à Kyoto

Localización, comodidad y tranquilidad.
Pros:

El alojamiento es curioso porque está dentro de una tienda con una bar, nunca vimos abiertos. A pesar de ello el hotel se encuentra a pocos minutos de la estación, cerca de un templo y jardines, y a un cómodo paseo hasta el centro.
Solo tiene 4 o 5 habs y nunca nos cruzamos con ningún otro huésped, el hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, cama cómoda y baño completo con todos los amenities necesarios.

Pros:

It was very quiet, clean, inexpensive and near to the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A little dated with the decor and no views but that’s not unusual for this area and overall it was good value for money.
