Gramo Suites

I couldn't stay there and I couldn't get a refund. The room is so outdated, everything is old, I can hear the neighbors next door, there is, no privacy.
The TV is like in the early 90's. It was a mistake that I made that reservation. Please before booking this place Ho and check tge room yourself.
The staff were very nice and professional. Just the rooms are not good and worthy of the amount they are going for

I made a booking through Hotels.com. They ssid that they are not aware of it and repeatedly asked me to pay despite the fact that I paid in advance. I was blocked by the receptionist and the guard from getting out of the premise until I paid again at the reception. They are simply stupid and greedy. I suffered a lot. I never ever rerecommend this place to anyone.

It has Nice room , Services and location.
It has free Wifi , free Jim with Trainer and free swimming pool facilities.
Also has Bar and restaurant inside premises also party lounge available for gettogether.

Very poor service, waiter did not care and food was not up to standard very good place with potential but powerly managed if your looking for a place with standards not this place no one to respond to our complaints

I chose Gramo suites after leaving another apartment that was way below average. Gramo was definitely above average even if a bit pricey. The room was absolutely perfect and what im seeking when I am on vacation. Im a budget minded guy so all the offers they had i usually turned down including restaurant eating every night and laundry. The apartment was very clean and even had two balconies though neither had a spectacular view. For the most part it was quiet and situated close enough to malls and stores that it was a very lovely experience and a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had an apartment which was less stocked!
Inspite of the upgrade, i still realized some thimgs were amiss! The shower was totally calcified that the shower water sprayed everywhere, the toilet sink had a permanent odour not forgetting the lack of toilet papers when i needed it most.
Seriously, you can do better owing to the fact the premise is just to beautiful

I liked to be in a furnished apartment but there's no elevator and I was on the last foor. I booked for two persons sleeping but it was actually one person allowed, I had to pay for the othe person.

Terrible restaurant No decent breakfast, and cook and staff did not Care , Rooms where not READY at arrivel and realy clean. We had to Call reception at lot of times, to get things done....not Very Nice When you are on Holyday.

Fantastic place, fantastic staff and reception staff were always there and tackled any issue efficiently. The were very helpful and kind and I feel they went an extra mile to ensure our stay was great. The facility is very secure

For me personally, I was super satisfied in every bit. I slept and ate like a king. Even when we were late for breakfast the service time still served us a super delicious english breakfast with juice, tea or coffee. The gym was perfectly installed and equipped. Unfortunately the water of the swimming pool was quite cold. Am also amazed of the housekeeping service: very polite and exact, our room was alsways perfectly well tidied up and cleaned up!
I would recommend Gramo Suites to alp of my friends! And I'd choose Gramo Suites again and again!!!

Tucked away in Kileleshwa, this little property has a bar, bistro, workout facility, and great little suites. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We plan to stay here next time we go to Nairobi. If you book online, you can make sure the complimentary breakfast is included with your room rate.

I stayed for a few days and the accomodation and service level was excellent. The staff are quite friendly, food was great and also got the opportunity to dive into the pool before enjoying myself at the bar. I would strongly recommend to all.

The hotel is really apartments with hotel services. Calm and quiet environment. It’s worth it.

Staff are very courteous and friendly. I absolutely enjoyed the food and kind hospitality. Situated centrally in the heart of the Westlands, close to most amentities and easy access to the surrounding areas.

We stayed in Gramo on 26th February 2019. The facilities are new and well maintained; staff are friendly and helpful.
However the room was quite tiny and infested with mosquitoes. There are no nets and we literally stayed up all night, i think a little investment on mosquito nets will make this facility 5 star.

I've stayed at Gramo Suites a few times on business, and have been put in the same room (Ruby 5) each time, which is basically a super-small efficiency. It might be a decent option for someone who wants the kitchenette to cook in, but it results in a ridiculously small space to 'live'. There's no couch or comfortable seating (just a few awkward bamboo chairs meant to eat in front of) and the bed is behind a bookcase - so it creates a VERY cramped feeling and is not a place you'd want to work or spend any time beyond sleeping. I also found it very loud (this was other residents). Although it's close to my office and they put us there with the idea it's in walking distance, it's not close to much of anything, meaning you're kind of stuck with eating at their on-site restaurant, which is perpetually undergoing construction. The reception and wait staff at the restaurant are incredibly nice, but the food is *incredibly* and perpetually salty. So, I'd say it's a tolerable place to spend a night or two (it is clean and in a safe area of Nairobi), but as soon as I learned that I don't *have* to stay at Gramo Suites when traveling to NBO for work, I decided I will not be staying there on my next trip!

There are better values in the city, but if you must be based in Klieleshwa, this is probably the best choice. The rooms are comfortable, the food is safe, and the prices are reasonable.

If you are squeamish about bedbugs, maybe best to stay elsewhere. I stayed at Gramo Suites on two separate occasions for one week each. The first time there were bedbugs in my room (and they did bite me), but thankfully they did not get in my luggage. On the second visit there was no evidence of bedbugs. They do spray rooms monthly with insecticide.

Pros: Comfortable beds, free breakfast, good housekeeping, great fitness center
Cons: Mediocre food, high price for incidentals, mixed service quality, roosters nearby

Regarding the food and drink, it greatly depends who is on duty. The head chef takes pride in her work and prepares some pretty good meals. Standard breakfast is a variant of the full English, but different breakfast requests (e.g., pancakes) can be accommodated if made in advance. No charge for room service.

good value for money due to amenities (reverse osmosis in some suites) but NO insulation! Unattended children running wild at midnight in hallways were deafening making it impossible to sleep.
Many things needed fixing. central location and not noisy surroundings. restaurant not very good.
