Excelente recepción
Pros:

Excelente desayuno.
Necesitabamos camas separadas y en minutos solucionaron nuestra petición.
Habitación cómoda, tranquila y climatizada. Recorrimos a pie todos los lugares de interés, desde el Vaticano hasta el coliseo.

Staying at Hotel Martis made a trip to Rome even more memorable!
Pros:

My sister-in-law and I stayed for 2 nights and ended a birthday celebration on a high note at Hotel Martis, tucked away on a quiet corner in the center of it all. The front desk service was just as other reviewers wrote—excellent, kind, helpful. Text communication was prompt. The hotel common areas are beautifully designed. I've been to Rome twice before and thought this the perfect location for my SILs first trip here. We arrived much earlier than expected, were warmly greeted and offered a delicious cappuccino in the library. Our room was ready soon after, and we even got upgraded from a Family Suite to a Luxury Suite. Thank you for making our stay special! The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean. They are massive for European standards. We stayed in rooms 204 and 205 which were connected by it's own private/locked hallway. I thought the beds were comfortable--I'm not sure why other reviewers mentioned they were too firm? The breakfast service was wonderful. We loved the beautiful dining room, the breakfast selection, and the excellent coffee. Wish we had more time and warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful views and a drink from the small but picturesque rooftop patio.

Todo Excelente, La Gente hermosa, calida y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte y atenderte muy bien!

Todo la gente, la atencion, el personal divino, es impecable, la ubicacion es buena. las habitacion 3ple es gigante, las dobles estan muy bien pero mas pequeñas. fuimos 7 y nos han atendido excelente. los recomiendo. muchas gracias

Maravilloso todo desde la llegada. Muy amables en recepción. La habitación es grande con techos altos , cama y almohadas cómodas, baño grande. Ubicación perfecta. En el desayuno han sido super atentos,. Todo genial.

We had a wonderful return visit to Martis Palace. Very central to see everything. We’ll be back.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Friendly attentive staff. Great location. Comfortable bed and a lovely big bathroom. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the roof terrace that has great views of Rome, we didn’t expect to be able to do that in early February.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Franchement super hôtel à Rome, très bien placé on pouvait aller aux monuments à pied sans problème. La chambre était grande et confortable, le lit vraiment top et la douche bien spacieuse aussi. Le petit déjeuner était magnifique, beaucoup de choix et tout était bon.

L’hôtel est très propre et les installations valent vraiment le coup, on s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est super gentil surtout Martina à la réception qui s’est très bien occupé de nous pendant le séjour.

Honnêtement j’ai rien de négatif à dire, j’ai adoré mon séjour et je recommande à 100%, perso j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Pros:

Staff was so kind and helpful that even though we arrived early, they checked the availability of the rooms while we had our coffee at the lobby and offered us early check in with a room upgrade free of charge. Room was extra spacious, breakfast was more than filling. They provided me with a special plate according to my dietary conditions. Location was ideal, too. In a relatively central part of the city (very close to Piazza Navona) but still peaceful and far from noise.

Un établissement parfait avec une équipe d’une grande gentillesse
Pros:

Tout était très bien. L’hôtel, la chambre familiale était extraordinaire. On a adoré ! Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et variés. L’ensemble du personnel sans exception est adorable, bienveillant et à l’écoute. Un grand merci à Martina qui a répondu à nos demandes avant l’arrivée et qui nous a très bien accueillie avec un français excellent !
L’hôtel est également tres bien situé. Je le recommande !

Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła. Możliwe było wcześniejsze zameldowanie, co bardzo ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie.
W pokojach wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy.
Śniadanie serwowane od 7 do 10, bardzo duży wybór - na słodko ale też wytrawnie (jajecznica z boczkiem, wędliny, sery).

Lovely short break, and centrally located for sightseeing
Pros:

Staff very friendly, gave us complimentary coffee and cakes on arrival and a slightly earlier check in. Bed very comfortable with lovely pillows. Very clean, in fact immaculate! Brilliant location. Staff always smiling and welcoming . Big thanks to Marco for our morning coffees and remembering what we liked. Cakes were delicious. Thanks to the chef as well

Fantastisk upplevelse av centrala Rom under en årstid utanför turistsäsongen.
Pros:

Mycket bra och mångsidig frukost. Fantastiskt bra service med vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Ett extra plus var då personalen överraskade med tårta på födelsedagen. Hotellet rent, fint och stiligt inrett. Beläget centralt med nära (promenad) avstånd till större sevärdheter. Flera utmärkta restauranger och gelaterior i närheten.

Cons:

Sängen i det rum vi hade var endast 150 bred vilket var i minsta laget. Dock var rummet litet så svårt att tränga in en större säng där.
