Martis Palace Hotel - Amazing hotel
Pros:

I stayed at The Martis Palace Hotel with my 12 year old son for a long weekend in March.
The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to all the popular attractions.
The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were polite, helpful, professional and friendly.
Our room was a small French room and was perfect for what we needed. It was spotlessly clean and had a mini fridge should you wish to have a drink or snack. The shower was amazing and we found the room to be quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
We had breakfast which was lovely and had a good choice of food and drinks.
Upon waiting for our taxi back to the airport, staff at the hotel provided us with a complimentary drink each which we thought was a lovely touch.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Rome and is looking for a quality hotel in a great location with superb staff.

Our stay at Martis Palace in Rome was truly exceptional.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Pantheon and within walking distance to all major attractions. Despite being so central, the hotel is peaceful and quiet.

The room was elegant, spotless, and very comfortable. Every detail felt carefully designed.

The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We would absolutely choose this hotel again when we return to Rome.

Great staff
Pros:

This was a perfect hotel for our three night stay in Rome. The staff is excellent and it’s in a great location. We could walk to all the sites. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was one of the larger ones we have stayed at in Italy. Great complementary breakfast as well.
The only downfall was there was a marathon the day we were to depart making it a little more challenging. However the hotel was super accommodating and made the experience the most pleasant.

Beautiful, perfectly positioned and expertly run small luxury hotel, could not recommend more highly
Pros:

My mom and I stayed in this gorgeous hotel for three nights and we both adored it! We had booked classic rooms but were kindly upgraded (free of charge) to fabulous junior suites. The stylish and spacious rooms were equipped with all the modern conveniences, including excellent climate and lighting control, USB ports at the desk, and abundant storage space in the closets, while the bathrooms were fantastic with modern walk-in showers. The rooms were also extremely quiet, with hardly any noise coming from either outside or inside the hotel. That, combined with very comfortable beds and pillows, allowed for excellent sleep. The hotel's location in the middle of the historic center, literally a two-minute walk from Piazza Navona, allowed for easy walking to a great number of sites we wished to visit, plus there are taxi stands close by. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times, as were the housekeeping staff and breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, the food was delicious and high quality, with a good variety of hot and cold options. In short, we loved everything about the hotel! It was truly a pleasure to stay at the Martis Palace, and we would be delighted to return some day. Grazie mille!
