We had a wonderful stay at Martis Palace Hotel with our family of four. We stayed in a Family Suite and really appreciated the extra space, the two bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful touches throughout the room, and the excellent air conditioning, which was especially welcome during a warm week in Rome.

What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. They helped make our visit feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

The location is outstanding. Being just steps from Piazza Navona made it easy to explore Rome on foot, and we found ourselves walking to many of the city's most famous sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Despite the incredibly central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep after busy days of sightseeing.

We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and the beds were very comfortable, both details that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Rome and would highly recommend Martis Palace Hotel to other families looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien placé on pouvait aller aux monuments à pied sans problème. La chambre était grande, le lit est confortable et la douche bien spacieuse .Le petit déjeuner était parfait, beaucoup de choix et tout était bon. L’hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est super gentil surtout Martina à la réception qui s’est très bien occupé de nous pendant le séjour.

Pros:

Though located on a busy street, I will point out that the soundproofing is very effective. Quiet, cheerful rooms. Have stayed in several rooms in this hotel before and would not hesitate to stay again. The rooftop is a great place to unwind.

Martis Palace Makes Me Want To Return To Rome

Comfort.Style.Location.Courteous and Responsive Staff. We started our European trip in Rome, and our first hotel was Martis Palace. This hotel set the standard for the hotels to follow, as the hotel, location, breakfast, and staff were excellent. I can't say enough about how responsive the staff was before and during our stay. They had answers for all the questions and concerns and options we wanted to pursue. Get the breakfast package so you don't need to figure out that part of your day. Steps from Piazza Navona, and other main attractions are walkable from this hotel. A remarkable hotel, location, and staff. What a great start to our trip through Rome, Florence, Paris and London.
