Pool hot tub barely blew bubbles and the water was really cloudy.
There were also no pool towels to use
Dhruti is an outstanding employee and took great care of us. She even remembered my name from my previous day! Great service from all the employees great food and restaurant. Overall A+, we will stay there every time we’re in town.
Easy to get to off the highway, there are lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and provided great service. Breakfast has lots of options from eggs to cereal.
This hotel is very noisy if you face Albert Street, I could not sleep so I asked to move. I was staying 3 nights so I asked the first night for a quieter room facing the parking lot. I spoke to Venessa Nezamloo, General Manager, who was very rude. I am Gold Elite for life with Marriott, and she said I booked on Expedia. Actually, I booked through Am Ex. She refused to let me switch rooms, even though I was willing to downgrade to a cheaper room and her staff told me a room was available. I used to stay here several times a year. From now on I'll go to Courtyard downtown where they are nice. She was extremely rude. The breakfast is gross too as everyone is sick that serves it. The hot tub was broken when I was there. The pool reeked of chlorine.

The hotel is very clean and the staff always had a smile and were prompt to get me registered and checked out.
I found the breakfast to be underwhelming. The bacon was cut so thin you could see through it plus it was lukewarm with little flavour. The veggie patties looked so unappetizing that I chose not to try them.
The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very convenient, however that evening after showering with the body wash my skin became dry and itchy.

Le lit étaient très dur et inconfortable. Il y avait une senteur d’urine autour de la toilette et des murs. J’en ai parlé à une caretaker qui est passé en notre absence mais l’odeur n’es pas partie.
Les rideaux étaient tachés et les murs et surfaces sont dues pour être lavé.

Gaufre est trop liquide ( diluée par soucie de gaspiller) et les gaufres restaient collées , il fallait gratter et ça finissait tout émietté. Çà été comme ça pour tou les clients , pour les 6 nuits passées à votre hôtel. Plusieurs personnes ont signalé aux employés mais ils nous ont dient que nous ne mettions pas assez de “pam” . Après avoir vaporisé la plaque pendant au moins 30 secondes , l’employé voulait montrer que nous n’utilisions pas la bonne technique, sa gaufre a quand même collé. Le distributeur de glaçon est brisé
