Pros:

Die Unterkunft war gut, Zimmer sauber, frühstück mehr als gut , jedoch nicht hervorragend.
Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, war an dem Wochenende etwas überteuert, da ein Konzert in Berlin war.

Die Lage

Cons:

Es entspricht eher einer gehobenen Jugendherberge. Sehr einfache Zimmer. Das Bad ist eher eine Nasszelle - so klein. Die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht regulieren, das Personal konnte/wollte nicht helfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schrecklich und von schlechter Qualität.

Moxy Berlin is 100% de moeite waard.
Pros:

Moxy is een fijne, eigentijdse hotelketen. De kamers zijn altijd prima, de medewerkers tot nu toe altijd heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 24/7 bar en klein winkeltje voor een snack of drankje. Ontbijt is ook zeer goed verzorgd en ruime, wisselende keuze.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer met bed plus slaapbank / sofa. Alleen moesten we ter plekke extra betalen om de sofa opgemaakt te krijgen als bed. Dat stond nergens vermeld en viel dus tegen.

Pros:

Frühstück war okay, das Angebot könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Personal freundlich. Gute Anbindung an die Bahn/ Straßenbahn. Ausstattung des Zimmers ausreichend.

Cons:

2 Tage war das Zimmer total kalt. Die Klimaanlage hat auf 17 Grad dauerhaft runtergekühlt. Eine angenehmer Aufenthalt war in der Hälfte der Zeit, als an 2 von 4 Tagen, nicht möglich. An Tag 3 wurde das Personal zum Frühstück informiert, man wollte sich drum kümmern. Nachdem ich am späten Nachmittag aus der Stadt zurückkam war das Problem immer noch da. Nochmals an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat an der Anlage versucht etwas Einzustellen, dies hat allerdings nicht funktioniert. Dann sollte ich ein Ersatzzimmer erhalten. Ich hatte abends noch was vor, bis dahin war nichts geklärt. Also noch eine kalte Nacht. Am Abreisetag kein Wort einer Entschädigung. Auf zwei Mailnachfragen zu Sachverhalt habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Von daher schlechter Service- und Dienstleistungsgedanke. Bin enttäuscht. Nicht zu empfehlen.
