meine Anfragen auf kostenlose Stornierungen wurden schon beim 1 Mal abgelehnt
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Diesmal gab es eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.
Man bekommt ein "Begrüßungsgetränk" angeboten in der Lobby/ Eingangsbereich....

jedoch kann ich es wegen dem parfümierten Eingangsbereich/Lobby es da nicht gut aushalten...
weswegen ich da weder lange verweile (nur Zimmerkarte genommen, auch diesmal nicht dort gefrühstückt, obgleich es mitgebucht war)

Cons:

wie beim letzten Mal gab es bzgl. Sauberkeit im Bad sowie den Ablageflächen am Bett (beiden) Mängel (siehe Bilder)

Des Weiteren vertrag ich immer noch nicht die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, welche sich auch diesmal nicht hat ausstellen lassen. War diesmal jedoch vorbereitet bzgl. Kleidung und Ohrstöpseln.

Dass es diesmal ne Kaffeemaschine gab, war für mich überaschend, auch wenn Lavazza - Kaffee mir nicht geschmeckt hat.

Das ist jedoch was persönliches, was nicht unbedingt nen Kritikpunkt ist.

Allerdings hätte mir eine Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer statt im parfümierten Bereich unten in der Lobby ein Begrüßungsgetränk mehr zugesagt.

Selbst bei preisgünstigeren Hotels gehört dies zum Standard.

Was ich nicht versteh, wieso der Eingangsbereich /Lobby/ Barbereich unten parfümiert ist.

für jemanden, wie ich, der solche Gerüche nicht verträgt, ist das ein genauso großes Manko wie die Unsauberkeit /Schmutz/ Verkalkung im Badbereich.

Gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Viel kleineres Zimmer bekommen als ursprünglich gebucht, das war extrem enttäuschend – trotzdem den Preis fürs teurere Verbindungszimmer bezahlt. Eines der Duschhandtücher hatte noch Flecken vom Vorgänger. Bad sehr klein.

Hotel Moxy is located by Ostbahnhof, comfortable and in a good position to explore the city w ease.
Pros:

Short walk from Uber Eats Music Hall where Country music Festival in Berlin took place.

Cons:

Hopeless with those coffee pod machines so another time would bring a small travel kettle and a jar of coffee.

An sich gut. Aber dass 2x Mal jemand ins Zimmer kommt ist noch Ordnung.
Pros:

Netter Empfang. Gute Lage

Cons:

Dass morgens um 7.45 Uhr ein Techniker geklopft und die Tür geöffnet hat. Um 8.30 Uhr wurde dann vom housekeeping die Tür ohne Klopfen geöffnet. Geht gar nicht. Beim auschecken wurde das nur mit „oh…ok“ kommentiert.
