Cons:

Etwas zuviel Staub im Bad ,Dusche und Handseifenspender.
Leider keine veganen Alternativen zum Frühstück . Sehr schade!!!!

A good hotel all round with reasonable closeness to large station.
Pros:

Moxy is a very nice hotel, with good lobby and breakfast. The location is close to Ostbahnhof and only a short walk to a neighbourhood but the site itself is a little standalone.
The room was comfortable.
The staff are very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The room did lack anywhere to put clothes which for a dual occupancy room was a bit annoying to deal with. There was only a hook in the room and 2 hangers and no other surfaces or much floor space.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück und ein ganz besonderer Duft
Pros:

Das sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Personal muss unbedingt an erster Stelle genannt werden. Gleich zu Beginn gab es ein leckeres Begrüßungsgetränk, einen hausgemachten Eistee, den ich in der schönen Lobby genießen konnte. Ich fand es super, dass dort rund um die Uhr Personal für sämtliche Wünsche und Anliegen zur Verfügung stand und dass es problemlos möglich war, auch nach dem Check-Out noch für ein paar Stunden mein Gepäck im Hotel lassen zu können. Die Lage in der Nähe des Ostbahnhofes war für mich sehr praktisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat bei mir keine Wünsche offengelassen. Interessant fand ich, dass man in der Dusche an der Armatur die Möglichkeit hatte, einzustellen, wie viel Grad Celsius das Wasser haben sollte. Sehr nett fand ich Handseife, Duschgel, Shampoo und sogar Conditioner von Five Wits, mit denen der offenbar typische Duft des Moxy, der auch als Raumduft in der Lobby verbreitet wurde, thematisch aufgegriffen wurde.

Cons:

Das ist nichts wirklich Schlimmes, aber ich möchte es anmerken: Das Waschbecken war so gestaltet, dass es viele ebene Flächen gab. Und insbesondere die ebene Fläche oben rund um den Rand des Waschbeckens fördert es, dass sich dort Wasser ansammelt, das von den Händen herabtropft, wenn man den einige Zentimeter vom Rand des Waschbeckens entfernt befindlichen Wasserhahn abdrehen möchte (OK, vielleicht haben andere da eine bessere Technik als ich). Hier wurde die Funktionalität etwas dem Design geopfert. Ich hätte es auch angenehm gefunden, wenn ich das Fenster nicht nur hätte kippen können, habe mich aber auch nicht erkundigt, ob ein richtiges Öffnen möglich gewesen wäre - ich habe es einfach nur nicht auf herkömmlichem Wege hinbekommen, das Fenster zu öffnen. Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack hätte das Bett nicht so riesig sein müssen, dafür hätte ich ein wenig mehr Platz im Badezimmer zu schätzen gewusst, aber auch das ist keine bedeutende Kritik am Hotel.

The best hotel and service ever
Pros:

Me and my friend went to Berlin for a concert and decided to stay at Moxy Ostbahnhof, mainly because of the strategic position and the amazing price. We would've never guessed that the service could be more than perfect. The staff was super nice and helpful and explained all the hotel services, the evening of the concert they even put a playlist of the artist that was going to perform at the arena. Truly the best stay ever!
