Sadly the Valet parking was a disaster for me, I got the not our problem we are understaffed. This tainted an otherwise incredible experience. Despite that I will be back.

Centrally located and large rooms. The staff was pleasant and made me feel extra special on my birthday

Cons:

Would have liked a fridge. Two waters were complimentary but we had to get our own after that

It was underwhelming.

Great location.

Cons:

We were there for NYE. The rooftop was closed and they kicked everyone out of the lobby before midnight. Very disappointing.

Pros:

the location of this hotel is perfect. very close to all the downtown Napa attractions.

Cons:

all hotels need to have mini fridges that are not stocked with for sale items. i like to put my own beverages, leftovers and medications in a fridge for my usage. this one was not only stocked but partitioned, making it very hard to use for anything else other than drinks. ugh.
