Perfect Napa Stay – Luxury, Location & Exceptional Hospitality

The Archer Hotel impressed us with its excellent location in the heart of Napa and the exceptional hospitality of its staff. Our room was very spacious and delighted us with its high-quality furnishings, including an incredibly comfortable bed, a generous bathtub, a terrace with sun loungers, and a well-equipped kitchen that is perfectly suited for wine lovers – just a few of the highlights.

The staff were consistently extremely courteous and helpful – it felt as though every wish was anticipated before we even expressed it. If you are visiting Napa Valley and want to enjoy not only excursions to the surrounding wineries but also the charm of small-town life with great shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and bars, this is the perfect place to stay. We would be happy to return!

Great hotel, great staff, great location
Pros:

My friends and I booked a weekend getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday! The hotel was beautiful and it was dead center of downtown Napa which was incredible. We parked our car and didn’t have to drive all weekend after checking in. All the staff was friendly and helpful. My friend was a gifted a wine bottle to celebrate her 40th!

I needed some extra help and noticed Jessy of housekeeping walking by my room. I stopped her and asked a question. She was so helpful, she really went out of her way to help me with my request and I was so thankful. Thanks so much Jessy!!

Honestly, this has been the friendliest hotel I’ve stayed at. Every single person was kind and helpful and made our girls’ weekend incredible!

Housekeeping and valet were amazing. Unfortunately poor reviews for the front desk.
Pros:

Property is great like always. We were surprised with construction next door. Buyer beware. We usually stay at the archer once a year for my wife’s birthday get away.

Cons:

The construction next door seemed like the elephant in the room. The staff didn’t mention anything. So 8am the drills and beeps from construction trucks in and out throughout the day. The front desk seemed a lot less accommodating than usual. More defensive than trying to make us comfortable. Over all I will probably book at a different property next time.

Amazing stay!!!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were out of this world amazing as we were met with wine tasting and toys for the Kidos at check in. Hotel was spacious and the decor fitting for Napa. Big shout out to Jessy from housekeeping who brought a little gift for the kids.
