The front desk service not that great
Jessy, my housekeeper, was so sweet - she brought me extra sweets and left me such a kind note in my room. Room was very clean and spacious, would highly recommend.
We love staying at the Archer Napa Valley. The staff are all very welcoming, the rooms are beautiful and a great size and the location is right in the middle of downtown Napa. The food they have in the hotel is excellent! They are dog friendly and are so welcoming to us our dogs. A huge A+++ all around! We highly recommend this hotel over others that we've stayed in Napa
Amazing experience with excellent amenities beautiful views and professional and accommodating staff. Can’t wait to visit again.
Awful experience. Nothing like booking and paying for the most expensive room in the hotel only to find out its the last room on July 3rd and looks out at a construction site and sits over the trash pickup and food delivery alley. Staff wasn't helpful, we were offered an ada room for the next night. We lived out of our suitcases for 2 nights, left for the 3rd night. No price adjustment on the room, not much regret from the staff. We booked our room 2 months prior. They should warn people about the construction. The check in wasn't pleasant either. Staff were busy talking amongst themselves. No hello, no how was your trip, no would you like a glass of proseco, although it was sitting there. Very dissatisfied all the way around.
Front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our kids, give us rooms next to each other, help extend our stay, and generally be helpful on anything we needed. Loved the hotel lobby as well, one of the best I’ve seen in terms of comfort and decor. Location is perfect and walking distance to many eateries and shops. Also appreciated the noise machines in each room due to the temporary construction downtown.
Amazing hospitality and had the best meal in Napa there. Highly recommended. Gabriel at the front desk is an awesome young professional! He treated me like I owned the place! The management is on point and the rooms are spectacular! Look no further. A must stay experience!
Stayed in a suite which was nice itself but the location was annoying having to drag 4 big suitcases past company conferences and on carpet which made
It very hard. The room could have been cleaner too. Greasy marks on the shelf as well as sugar granules and crumbs/bits on the floor. Checked out the next day and told them about dragging suitcases and cleanliness could have been better. Not offered any discount or anything. Couple of days later had a charge on the cc for a bath bombe which didn’t say it was changeable in the room, so thought it was included. I queried the charge and asked them to refund it as it didn’t say it was chargeable and with the cleanliness that’s the least they could do. They have sent a receipt showing what the charge is but now ignoring my messages! It’s only a small charge but it’s the principal.
The Archer is a great hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel location is perfect for walking to restaurants for dinner.
Our stay was wonderful. It was our second visit in two years. This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We were able to walk to all of our restaurants.
Jessy took good care of our room.
Good location
Noisy
I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect, everything is very clean, and the service was impeccable. My only heads-up is that it can get a bit noisy due to street traffic, local bar music and a construction project.
It’s definitely on the pricier side to stay here, but the high quality of the service, the great rooms, and the super convenient location totally lived up to my expectations.
The room size and big bath
Had to drag 4 suitcases across carpet down a long hall way past company events. Room could have been cleaner, crumbs on the floor, greats marks and salt sprinkled over. Staff were told on check out and said they’d look into. Had a charge after we left for a bath balm which didn’t say in the room it was chargeable. I’ve emailed and my questions have been ignored. Considering we stayed in a suite and it wasn’t overly clean and offered no discount. Handled very badly
