Pros:

Our stay was wonderful. It was our second visit in two years. This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We were able to walk to all of our restaurants.

Jessy took good care of our room.

Loved it! Impeccable service and location
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect, everything is very clean, and the service was impeccable. My only heads-up is that it can get a bit noisy due to street traffic, local bar music and a construction project.
It’s definitely on the pricier side to stay here, but the high quality of the service, the great rooms, and the super convenient location totally lived up to my expectations.

The room size and big bath

Cons:

Had to drag 4 suitcases across carpet down a long hall way past company events. Room could have been cleaner, crumbs on the floor, greats marks and salt sprinkled over. Staff were told on check out and said they’d look into. Had a charge after we left for a bath balm which didn’t say in the room it was chargeable. I’ve emailed and my questions have been ignored. Considering we stayed in a suite and it wasn’t overly clean and offered no discount. Handled very badly

An Amazing Stay
Pros:

Excellence from the moment you set into the beautiful lobby. The valet service was friendly, helpful and fast. The guy who greeted and checked us in made us feel welcome and special. We booked three rooms, all of which he let us check into early which was very helpful. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. Each day we returned to the hotel our housekeeper Jessy made sure we walked into an immaculately clean room and left us chocolates. The food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were great too. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.

Prefect Spot for Walking Downtown.
Pros:

Great downtown sight, walkable pretty much anywhere including the concert venue we went to. Impeccably clean, with a friendly, knowledgable staff. Room was great, and the fireplace on the balcony was a nice touch. We stayed pretty busy outside the hotel, so didn't capitalize on all the amenities, but they all looked great as we scouted them out. Will definitely stay there next time.

A beautiful hotel, very stylish and a great location. A few points that could have made a real positive difference.
Pros:

Location was great, it was very stylish and clean and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

Non-existent vegan options on the menus

Balcony overlooked a building site - whilst I appreciate building works have to happen, a choice could/should have been given to move rooms or offer a discount to as a result as it was impossible to enjoy the balcony at all

Free in room water daily would have been appreciated

Amazon hotel and Service !!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. Everything in downtown Napa is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jessy from housekeeping; she was very attentive, and our room was always spotless. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely return 100%.

Napa Archer Is the Best!
Pros:

This was our third trip to downtown Napa, this time during BottleRock, and each stay has been at the Archer. You can tell the leadership at the Archer is great because their teams do a phenomenal job.
The front of the house is always welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about things around town (e.g. places to eat, have some wine or buy clothing). Valets are timely with service and friendly. Front desk welcomes as if they know us and extremely accommodating in every sense. The conceirege (Lisa) feels like family who lives in town. She is always helpful with what is going on and cares about our experience.
Food on the rooftop was great as everything closed early due to BottleRock.
Housekeeping is always timely and diligent.
If you are staying in downtown Napa The Archer sets the bar for convenience, luxury without pretense and accommodation.

Pros:

Perfect location to explore the region. Loved the terrace bar! Complimentary local chocolates were a lovely touch. Breakfast items on the menu were fabulous! Gym was awesome.

Cons:

Valet staff out front were not very attentive—we two ladies had to struggle getting our bags out of the trunk. Outside lights coming into window at night were too bright.

Great location to restaurants- walkable. Near highways to vineyards. Best lobby to congregate, with music and bar with TVs.

Rooms comfortable and roomy.

Loved this hotel!!
Pros:

From the moment we pulled into the valet parking we were greeted with smiles. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.
What a beautiful hotel!!! Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Loved the location!! Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast twice there and the food was very good and staff very accommodating.
I would very highly recommend this hotel.
