It's dirty. They assigned me a room that wasnt even clean. Fridge never cleared. The walkway has trash, fluids on the ground and constant traffic that you can hear all the time no matter what time of the hour. Well before check outs, all you hear is cleaning carts. Which surprises me. The sheets have stains. Hair all over the bed. Just sheets flipped inside out. Cigarette burns on the furniture and bedding. Toiletries aren't available and clearly running out upon checking into the room

I sought out the most affordable option in the area and sometimes you just get what you pay for.
Pros:

It was a good location for visiting friends in Ocean Beach.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was dim, shower drained extremely slowly, USB plugs in the end table light fixtures were disgusting to the point where I wouldn't even put my cable in them, and I kept getting housekeeping knocks on the door despite having the Privacy Please note on the handle.
Neither the pool nor the hot tub were in any sort of usable condition.
The noise from construction was frustrating and I didn't know there would be construction during my stay until I arrived, but understand a place under construction wouldn't be quiet.

It was a good experience.
Pros:

I liked the front desk staff who were pleasant and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service.

There were many guests that were smoking on the balconies and in their rooms which affected me.
