- Gute Lage, man ist schnell in der „Hauptstraße“ und an den Stränden
- wir haben ein gratis Upgrade auf ein Kingsize Zimmer bekommen
- grundsätzlich sauber und Putzfrau war sehr nett
- die Kommentare mit dem Hundegebell kann ich bestätigen
- dadurch dass man das Badfenster/- Luke nicht schließen kann, hört man jedes Geräusch inklusive der Hunde sehr laut, auch Ungeziefer kommt schnell rein und es ist sehr feucht im Zimmer
- es gibt keine Möglichkeit nasse Sachen aufzuhängen (draußen vor dem Zimmer ist es verboten)
- hatten einige Käfer und auch eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, haben aber netterweise ein Ungeziefer- Spray bekommen
- Möbel waren ziemlich abgenutzt (teilweise auch kaputt)
- Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist verrückt (für mehr als 100€ am Tag darf man meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr erwarten)

We really loved our stay here, it's a bit of a hidden gem in my opinion! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the garden area inside is BEAUTIFUL and our room was very clean and comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect, we were so close to so many good restaurants and all of the nightlife, and just minutes from the beach. The beds were comfy and we had good hot water and good water pressure. Plus the AC worked great! We would definitely stay here again.
We did have issues one night with our light, we question if the room next to us had the same light and the same remote and maybe the signal was hitting our room because it was so close.... It would turn on randomly, and we would click to turn it off, and it would just come right back on... We did this multiple times at 4:00 a.m. until it eventually just stayed off (not sure if the other room got the hint and just used their side lamps?)
I'm sure if we had have gone to front desk they would have done something to assist. If it had of happened again the next night we definitely would have gone to the front desk to say something, but I think the neighbors were moved by the next night, whether they switched rooms or left, we aren't sure!

No tenía controles de el ventilador solo un cuarto y el otro no, el aire de mi cuarto eataba un poco escondido enronces se tardaba en enfriar la habitación, no tenia agua caliente

I rented this room for my elderly parents. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
I was staying at another hotel and would come daily to help my elderly parents get ready for the day and to help to get ready for bed at night. I told them I would be doing this when I was checking it and it wasn't an issue. Yet the owner then decided I would not be allowed to enter the hotel, even though I was only coming for short periods to pick up my parents and pack their bag etc for the day. I was not using their facilities in any way. My parents are old and I am their caregiver but we do not wish to stay together. They are a couple and still require their alone time. After some back and forth on the issue, the owner then decided to allow me to enter for short periods of time until 9pm which was perfectly fine. In the end all was well, but the initial unwillingness of allowing me to enter the unit to help them did cause some stress. I'm grateful that the owner changed their mind and everything was perfect thereafter.
Emplacement très bien, proche du ferry donc on peut y aller à pied, pas besoin de taxi ou de locations. On peut aussi aller à pied aux plages et faire tout le centre à pied (resto + shopping souvenir). On a laissé nos bagages le matin car on est arrivé tôt et le check in était à 15h, on a aussi laissé les bagages le lendemain matin avant de partir le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner. La cour intérieure est agréable avec plein d'arbre
Si on regarde par la fenêtre situé en hauteur dans la salle de bain, la vue n'est pas très belle sur une cour avec des chiens qui aboient (cependant ils n'ont pas aboyé la nuit de notre séjour).
La piscine est souvent à l'ombre. C'est vrai qu'il faut garder les rideaux fermés car tout le monde passent devant les chambres des uns et des autres mais cela ne nous à pas trop dérangé.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Wi-Fi was spotty and not consistent. Had to restart the Roku every five minutes or so while trying to watch a movie.
When you arrived, you had to sign a contract saying no alcohol in the hotel yet there were people drinking there and when asking the front desk directly, they said it was OK. Very conflicting.
