Quarto confortável com cama king size,muito bom mesmo, água quente no saguão do hotel para o café e acomodação do hotel muito confortável.
Chuveiro poderia ser ducha e a cortina no chuveiro acho muito ultrapassado pois fica grudando no corpo e não protege contra molhar o banheiro.
Awesome little place! Close to everything Isla Mujeres have to offer! The staff is top notch! Would definitely go back there!

3泊しましたが、シャワーの出が悪く。2日目の朝はほとんど出ませんでした。また、隣の建物の犬が終始吠えていて、私はヘッドホンの愛用者なので耐えられましたが、気になる方は安眠できないと思います。

La camera era grande e il letto comodo. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima sia al porto che al centro.
The location was great, very near the ferry (only 2-3 blocks away).
The facilites are beautiful and it was very quiet during the night.
The staff was very nice since they stored our luggage after the check out so we could keep on enjoying our stay.
We stayed only one night, I don't have anything to complain

L’amabilité du personnel et surtout l’impossibilité de dormir toute la nuit à cause des aboiements incessants de chiens juste devant les chambres.
Le personnel de l’hôtel n’était vraiment pas intéressé par le fait de traiter le problème et nous a clairement envoyé balader.
Très difficile d’accepter de payer pour ne pas dormir de la nuit en sachant que nous sommes restés 3 jours. (Photo à l’appui de la vue de la fenêtre de chambre avec un dès chiens en question du chantier adjacent).
I loved everything about the property! I had a very wonderful tropical Courtyard with a nice pool and lounge chairs. It was quite surprising to walk in off the street in the middle of town into this little oasis! The rooms were big comfortably laid out nice and bright and clean. Loved that there was a fridge. Price was fantastic for the location and the size of the rooms and a pool! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I have no complaints would definitely return!

Facevano contatto i ventilatori da soffitto , troppe zanzare essendoci molte verde quindi consiglio spesso disinfestazioni.
Struttura pulita e in ottima posizione, in pieno centro e vicino alle spiagge piu’ belle, personale gentile
Accendere la luce e la pala e’ stato un inferno, visto che era collegato con altre stamze la frequenza del telecomando, quindi in base a chi spengeva o accendeva sia luce che pala si spengeva o accendeva da noi, assolutamente da rivedere
El lugar es demasiado cómodo y nuestra estancia fue bastante placentera. Nos quedamos por dos noches y la verdad que fue una experiencia bastante buena. La ubicación es ideal y nuestros lugares favoritos de la isla quedan super cerca caminando. El personal fue atento y amable en todo momento y nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas por unas horas extras después del check out. Las instalaciones son lindas y el precio demasiado razonable.
No tengo ni un solo comentario de mejora, todo estuvo bastante agradable.
