Pros:

Love the location

Cons:

I'm disabled to the point I can walk a long way did not know till I got on the floor that the room was at the end of the hallway so I was in pain the two day of stay but that was my bad for not speaking on the subject but t thought the cain I walk with would give the person and idea.

Location was close to major attractions.

Cons:

Even though we booked over a month in advance and asked at time of booking, they could not give us 2 rooms close to each other or even on the same floor (one on 1st floor, one on 3rd floor. 2nd floor was closed for reno).

Friendly staff, comfortable, beautiful, quiet, clean environment to visit on business or vacation.
Pros:

Awesome location just outside the business of the city of Arlington Texas. Quite and clean area but close to eateries, parks, Food stores, etc. Lovely cosy part of Arlington - no large traffic backups. Good value for money.

Breakfast was good! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area!

Cons:

When we ordered a Lyft or Uber, they would go to the hotel next door because the addresses are the same/similar. We even specified which hotel but it showed up online differently.

Possibly understaffed hotel with flawed cleaning policies

1) Ample, easy parking
2) Breakfast had good variety
3) Comfortable bed
4) Good location between Dallas and Fort Worth

Cons:

The room cleaning policy was terrible.

The hotel seemed severely understaffed. To save money, it only provides room cleaning on alternate days. This was not made clear during the booking at all. To make things worse, they announced that there will be no room cleaning on Jan 1st. Which means our room was not cleaned 3 days in a row.

On day 3 morning I went and asked the front desk for a cleaning. And was told fairly coldly and bluntly that the cleaning staff is busy.

Not getting room cleaning service 3 days in a row is pretty unacceptable for a such a top brand hotel.

While the breakfast was mainly fine, we noticed that items kept running out and took a while to be replaced. Again the overall impression was that the hotel is fairly understaffed to save money. Breakfast was not offered on Jan 1st which was again pretty weird. We understand staff wanting Christmas off but New year's day?
