Comfortable bed, but disappointing service and breakfast.
Pros:

The king bed was very comfortable with a great mattress, and the room itself was clean and nice. The hotel was fine for a one-night stay.

Cons:

We arrived late and had booked a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was much smaller than expected, and our children could barely fit on it. There were also not enough towels in the room. When we opened the sofa bed, there were no sheets, blankets, or bedding provided. We had to go to the front desk twice—first to get pillows and then again to get the rest of the bedding. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful. Also, the breakfast was very disappointing, with very limited choices and poor quality.

This place was not maintained at all - very dirty! Needs major maintenance and updates

Stairwells were filthy- hadn’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. Room had an odor like grease or oil. Room carpet was stained & dirty. Side entrance was covered with bird poop. No service on fresh towels at all. Will never stay there again.

Awesome staff, but rooms could be better
Pros:

There was an awesome lady who was working the breakfast buffet and she was so kind! She made sure my wife was able to get fresh, hot foods while helping her tend to the children. She was amazing and was the highlight of our overnight stay.

Cons:

Our room had a lot of pet fur on the furniture, but I also didn’t have a choice to book a hypoallergenic room. My family has several pet allergies so this was a bit of an issue for us.

Pros:

Proximity to business was good. Lots of services around this location.

Big disappointment. You up the rates for Tech graduation.Knowing early graduation is at nine and guest will be leaving about 2 hours early to get a seat and don't start serving breakfast until 7:30 is wrong.

Will stay there again.
Pros:

Happy Hour was nice. Breakfast good! Nice and quiet. Kitchenette was great!

Cons:
