The elevator was very slow. We needed our room cleaned and the cleaning lady showed up and basically forced us out of our room before we were ready to leave! I even had to brush my teeth while she was gathering up stuff of of the bathroom..

Great location comfort and value
Pros:

The double queen room was huge very spacious. The hotel itself was very clean and I enjoyed their hot breakfast. My kids love eating at the hotels so this one was a hit with cereal oatmeal eggs potatoes sausage biscuits toast bagels pancakes.

Cons:

Honestly everything was great. At night like in any city you could hear cars with loud music

Perfect for our trip
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for us. we traveled for the World Baseball Classic, so this met our expectations

Pros:

The room interior is clean and well furnished. Small gym but ok.

Cons:

The room was so noisy overnight they had to change me to another floor (the whole top floor was noisy, I believe due to the ac on the roof).

The staff didn't manage to provide me with an invoice in the name of my company, even after countless requests. I got an invoice addressed to booking.com.

Breakfast was not good at all.

Pros:

The room was very clean.

Cons:

The hotel did not have the breakfast the first morning of my stay. This was and is one of the reasons we book. Due to not having time to go out for breakfast during our stays.

All went smoothly and closer to restaurants than I realized which was good.
Pros:

Breakfast great. Room great. Very quiet room.refrigerator and microwave in room, but no coffee? Everything was very clean, nicely decorated.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have coffee in room.
