Clean room bad shower

The shower had no pressure barely spray out of the head.took 5 minutes to get Luke warm totally unexceptional very dust appointed

Pros:

The breakfast was not good. The potatoes were half raw and there was no turkey sausage like advertised and we don’t eat pork. The pancake machine was broken. The television stations and service is useless. It just sucks. Maybe hire some people who care about their jobs.

Customer Service and hospitality not good
Pros:

Property is clean for the most part, just a few things that could be better. We found a dead bug inside the room & in the bathroom. As I tried to call the front desk for more towels I learned the phone in the room barely works and was only useful when placed on speaker and held a certain way. After I called for more towels and trash bags hours passed by I left the property and spent time with family got back late that night and still no towels. No one was at the front desk when we got back so that I could ask so I had to go to my room call the front desk to ask if there is anyone at the desk only to come back down to grab what I needed because they couldn’t hear me over the phone. This is supposedly a newly build location, now although I didn’t get my towels for hours when 11 hit for check out someone was at my door tryna clean ready for me to leave.. Like I said the place is nice but the service and hospitality could definitely be better..

Overall the stay was okay. The breakfast was right on time and customer service was good.

I liked the location. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was the elevator was down that we had to use the stairs the second day. The tub shower head was rusty, the shower could have needed a little more attention to it, some sterilizing, toilet loose, carpet in room sticky when walking on it, also the elevator needed cleaning and sterilizing and it was hot inside of it. When we did use the stairs there was a slice of pizza on the stairs way.

Pros:

It was very disappointing that I could not get any cell signal in either of the two rooms they put me in.

I had to go outside in order to text or make a call. I have T-Mobile and it works everywhere but in the hotel building.

Such a bummer!
