The location was convenient

Cons:

They conveniently “forgot” to give me the breakfast coupon I paid extra for- I had to ask for it, the TV outside in patio area didn’t work, breakfast French toast in chafer was burnt to a crisp, you had to ask for water at breakfast- it’s free so I think you can afford to put it out as self serve, no forks out, no bowls out, we had water in our ice bucket in our room which was clearly from the last guest, no filtered water available anywhere in hotel, the lighting in the room is terrible- the work desk has no light even near it, hallways were dark, the young lady working the breakfast was working very hard and always on the move, everyone else working at the hotel last night and today was sitting at the front desk.

The stay was wonderful with the exception of the quality of the breakfast.
Pros:

It was an updated facility. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff included.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

Great breakfast with several selections to choose from. Room was large, clean and beds were very comfortable with great pillows.

Cons:

Could have used larger bath towels.

Good location to where we we going. It was clean.

Cons:

The lady that was checking us in on Saturday evening just was not friendly. We stood at the desk for 3 to 4 minutes before she even acknowledged us. I was later told that she was new.
