Nice property and staff but we paid too much for all the little things that were wrong
Pros:

Location was great and staff had great customer service.

Cons:

Several little things…beds were too high for elderly, missing tv remote, no shower rug, light out in the bathroom, cigarettes and lighter left in the drawers

Very disappointed we only had housekeeping 1 day out of a 5 day stay.

Pros:

Very clean and quiet. I loved the breakfast nooks.

Cons:

The kitchen server was not very friendly. It felt like we were bothering him, like he did not want to be at work. He WAS NOT rude but indifferent. No on site safety or security officer. Good breakfast but what about adding grits and bacon, turkey. The hotel price was higher than some other local hotels.

Pros:

The location was perfect for the event I was attending. Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Cons:

Very clean from the parking lot to the lobby to the elevator to the room. Walking in the room I was hit with a pleasant smell of cleanliness. It was great!!
