We were greeted by Marwan at the reception. The room was great. The service was top-notch. The pool was very clean. The mountains around the hotel were very beautiful. We really enjoyed everything. The staff was top-notch.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Cons:

Bei Booking.com war angegeben, dass Frühstück zu gebucht werden kann, deswegen hatten wir das Hotel ausgewählt. Vor Ort sagte man uns, dass dies aufgrund von Ramadan nicht möglich sei - wir finden, diese Info hätte angezeigt werden müssen: nur außerhalb von Ramadan Frühstück buchbar!

Odlična lokacija blizu predela Mutrah. Vrhunska soba in odlična udobna in velika postelja. Soliden bazen s fitnesom in jakuzzijem. Zajtrk je bil v ponudbi za doplačilo, vendar ga nisva koristila.

Improvement is required for maintaining as a service provider

The electric oven does not include it.
Glass is not provided for drinking water.
I consume the water directly from the bottle
Instead of locker facility please provide a micro wave oven.this much safe place not required a safe locker

Le foto sono realistiche e veritiere, la piscina è godibile con zona lettini per prendere il sole, la struttura è pulita, le camere dotate di aria condizionata, la colazione è a buon prezzo e ricchissima per varietà, lo staff gentile e puntuale a soddisfare le vostre esigenze.

Cons:

Unica cosa da migliorare è la palestra, che non ha nessun attrezzo e nessuna panca, solo dei tapis roulant e dei manubri, ma senza panche è impossibile utilizzarli

The location was good.

Cons:

There were musquitos in the room, amd for hot water have to switch on the gyser 30 min prior unlike other hotels have it instant. Hotel is old and re ovation materals make noise. Our friedge used to make noise in coordination with bathroom door.
