Great stay at Hampton Inn

Cons:

The only negative was the really comfortable beds were kind of high and it was hard for this short old lady to get in and out of. But I slept wonderfully, and as I said, the bed was super comfortable pillows were great.

Pros:

Exceptionaly nice staff. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. My husband enjoyed the breakfast.

We left a day early and didn't realize that when booking with you (booking .com) that there is no refund on early departures.

We were extremely unhappy with our stay and from now on will choose a hotel outside of Hampton Inn

The breakfast was decent

Cons:

We did not get the room we reserved. We had 5 people and the hotel assumed we would be ok with 1 king bed, 1 pull out and 1 roll away. We reserved 2 double beds. The air did not work in our room and the front desk was not able to accommodate with us what so ever. We travel for a softball camp and my daughter slept awful. We almost went and slept in our car. Our room was 80 degrees all night.

Clean,friendly,delicious food and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was fast and friendly for check-in and check out. I loved the bathroom IN the same location as the pool. Made me feel comfortable and I even changed into swim wear and swam myself. The thing that really impressed me was the breakfast. Best breakfast served at a hotel that I've ever had. The eggs and potatoes had some flavor. The bacon was as expected. Usually I always avoid the food and just eat cereal. Not here...not this time. They did well. Proud of their efforts and service. Something all hotels should follow after... fyi: never felt unsafe at the hotel.

Cons:

Actually, nothing. Im pretty easy to please. But this hotel exceeds expectations on all levels.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. We spent about 2hrs in the pool.

Cons:

The elevators were a little scary and the breakfast was poor, they were out of a lot of things when we got downstairs around 8ish, but they did seem really booked
