We were extremely unhappy with our stay and from now on will choose a hotel outside of Hampton Inn
Pros:

The breakfast was decent

Cons:

We did not get the room we reserved. We had 5 people and the hotel assumed we would be ok with 1 king bed, 1 pull out and 1 roll away. We reserved 2 double beds. The air did not work in our room and the front desk was not able to accommodate with us what so ever. We travel for a softball camp and my daughter slept awful. We almost went and slept in our car. Our room was 80 degrees all night.

Clean,friendly,delicious food and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was fast and friendly for check-in and check out. I loved the bathroom IN the same location as the pool. Made me feel comfortable and I even changed into swim wear and swam myself. The thing that really impressed me was the breakfast. Best breakfast served at a hotel that I've ever had. The eggs and potatoes had some flavor. The bacon was as expected. Usually I always avoid the food and just eat cereal. Not here...not this time. They did well. Proud of their efforts and service. Something all hotels should follow after... fyi: never felt unsafe at the hotel.

Cons:

Actually, nothing. Im pretty easy to please. But this hotel exceeds expectations on all levels.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. We spent about 2hrs in the pool.

Cons:

The elevators were a little scary and the breakfast was poor, they were out of a lot of things when we got downstairs around 8ish, but they did seem really booked
