The Garden Rooms are separate from the main building and are at the rear of the hotel. These rooms are our only dog-friendly rooms. They have a small garden area with an outdoor terrace and seating and views of Southwold Lighthouse.
Dogs are charged at £15 per dog per night, the hotel itself is not dog friendly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was perfect and great to have car parking at the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was very spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly. Having free carparking on site was added bonus. Food was excellent.

Everything was great, the rooms were good, the food was excellent in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, the staff all spoke and were friendly, could not have wished for a better time.
Nothing could be improved upon, unfortunately the weather was horrible but that was one of those things.
Liked the fact that nothing was too much trouble- right across the board- will definitely be back
Felt the menu in the tap room was maybe a little limited ( alas couldn't have a table after 7pm in the restaurant) but really enjoyed what we did have.
