Our family stay at the hotel was warm and welcoming from the start. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for both rest and play. Staff made sure we felt at home, always ready with a smile and quick assistance.

The amenities were just right for everyone—kids enjoyed the pool and play area, while meals offered something tasty for all ages. It was an easy, relaxing getaway that left us with happy memories and a reason to come back.

I booked two rooms and our room was very clean and spacious. The other room I booked for my parents was not ready and dirty when my parents went inside. They had to go to the front desk to let them know and John was so accomodating and waa able to switched them to another room. The check in was a breeze. The onlt thing i didnt loke was the fee for my dog. On the qebsite, it says $50 but had to pay $75. Webaite needs to update their information. I like the fact that the room has a diswasher, sink and a bigger firdge compared to other hotels.

Overall happy with short stay, but there was a dog barking nonstop near our room, which was a nuisance!!

This is our second stay at this specific location. Our first visit was great which is why we went back when visiting Houston. The first issue was not having our room cleaned our entire stay. The sign stated the rooms would be cleaned every other day. We really just needed additional towels and our trash emptied. We ended up taking it a few times to the larger can by the elevator. There were 5 of us and we had no shampoo or body wash in our shower by the second day due to them being mostly empty to begin with. Luckily, I had mine for us to all use. Our next issue was on the morning of our departure there was a medication found by our dog on the ground that didn’t belong to any of us. Thank goodness she must have bit it and decided it wasn’t a treat and didn’t consume but didn’t find the rest right away and had to take her to the recommended (by the elevator sign) emergency vet before 6 am when we were supposed to be starting our 13 hour drive home. On top of that we get charged $110 to contact animal poison control. Imagine if that would have been a child? It was determined to be a blood pressure/ diuretic pill…yikes…

Pillows were awful, too flat. Bed could be softer. Room was clean, breakfast & dining area was great. Walls are thin as kids woke us up running down the hall.

This was a very nice hotel! We stayed one night for an athletic event in the area and it was easy to check in, clean, and very comfortable. We all slept great and had a good breakfast before we headed out in the morning. We will be back!

Everything was really good. The breakfast could have had some More options and it was too open. A dedicated area would have been over but the room layout was fantastic and there was a really large tv and drape to separate the tv area from the sleeping area. That was nice. There was lots of storage in the rooms. It was excellent.
