Pros:

It was ok not woow. Flat was big but deducted more then i was suppose to pay and Housekeeping was not done unlike other properties if we request during our stay. No buffet breakfast was available. It was like order which took alot of time and most of daily eating items were not available during breakfast.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left.

When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk and for $10 includes access to all the pools and a towel.

Mughal Suites is very reasonably priced and has exceptional customer service.

Pros:

It was a good stay for family of 4 but downside is the internet which is really slow, the shower head which is damaged. But everyone is upto the mark and very accomodating.

المكان جميل ونظيف وسعره مناسب جدا ولكن واجهتني مشكله عندما وصلني تاكيد الحجز توجهت مباشره الى الفندق لاتفاجا بمديره الفندق تقول لم يصلنا إشعار بتأكيد الحجز وفي هذا الوقت تم خصم مبلغ الحجز من حسابي البنكي وطالبتهم بإرجاع المبلغ اذا لم يصل تاكيد الحجز ولكن دون جدوى بقيت انتظر لأكثر من نصف ساعه لأحصل على الغرفه وكان أسلوب المديرة "فض" وبالغ الوقاحه مما جعلني اكره الاقامه في نفس المكان مجددا ولم تستمر اقامتي اكثر من ساعه لان الذي حصل لي اثناء تسجيل الدخول انساني كل الراحه التي في مكان الاقامه
