Satisfied.
Pros:

Easy CBD access, comfortable, clean. Friendly staff made us feel welcome .Beds felt amazing,nearby parking.

Cons:

It's 2026 and they still don't have smart tvs? If they had a smart TV it would have exceeded my expectations.

Ok apart from no internet

A well-located hotel with friendly staff and handy in-room amenities, but a cramped bathroom
Pros:

The hotel was in a great central location in Wellington, close to the Beehive. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were overall very good. The complimentary cookies were a lovely touch, and the small kitchenette was handy. It was also great to have an iron, ironing board, and in-room safe provided.

Cons:

The room was a reasonable size; however, the bathroom felt very small in comparison. The shower took up about half the space, leaving little room to move around. There was also nowhere practical to put toiletries—just one small shelf that barely fit a toothbrush and a few small items. An additional shelf had been installed, but it was awkward to access from the side.

My room also had a column in the middle, which could have been better integrated into the overall design. Instead, the layout felt like a long room paired with a very small bathroom.

During my stay, a fire alarm went off and the fire warden on duty didn’t seem confident about the process. It took around 10 minutes before room checks began, which ideally should happen immediately to ensure everyone is safely out of the building. Thankfully it was a false alarm, but staff would benefit from further fire warden training in case of a real emergency

Pros:

Location was excellent. The room was pleasant even though small. The bed was comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom as small and the shelf above was jutting out. It made it a bit uncomfortable to brush my teeth. Needed to be conscious I did not bump my forehead.

Great location, great hotel
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. good shower and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again

Excellent.
Pros:

The room was new and comfortable. The small kitchenette was well equipped. Heating in the room was on and probably the best property in Wellington I have stayed in.

Good location, tidy facility
Pros:

Comfortable beds, good location. Tidy.

Bed comfortable. Appreciated the en-suite. Having dishes, pots/pans and clean up stuff nice. Liked fresh towels daily and the straightening of linen. Liked the number of hooks and hangers in bathroom and closet.

Cons:

Remotes hadn’t been cleaned and needed batteries. Fire alarm issue not communicated and kept us waiting in the hallway for 1.5 to 2 hours before could be let into our place. Learned from another tenant that fire alarm appears to be a prank done frequently in the building. Not appreciated. Shower in one of the bathrooms leaks when showering.
