Great location. Clean and tidy rooms with great kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff. Late checkout so I could shower after the Wellington half marathon. Thank you so much!

The room itself was cozy and clean. I love the home vibe it gave me during my stay.
Throughout my entire stay, I was bothered by a persistent noise coming from either the wall or the ceiling that sounded like a squeaky door hinge. I couldn't locate the exact source, and unfortunately, there was no intercom in the room to contact the front desk about it. Additionally, the door's chain lock was broken, which was a safety concern.
Location was excellent...directly above cbd with a lift to main street shopping and 100m to supermarket. Good carpark if you book it. room was spacious, warm, great kitchen and shower. Will stay again
When rooms are booked for more than 1 night, 3 people, put a 500ml or 1 litre of milk in the fridge, not a handful of uht thimbles...

Cannot fault the location, particularly if you have children and want to do the cable car, Te papa, waterfront parks etc. However I would go as far as to say the photos were a catfish. It was well appointed with everything we needed and the staff were helpful. But it is more of a backpacker than a hotel. Our room needed a deep clean and the housekeeping didn’t even vacuum when they did the daily reset? Disappointed but perhaps for the cost we should have expected it
