Cons:

Location of room was noisy with people and carts going by late at night and early in the morning. Hammam was nice but felt short.

A luxurious, spacious hotel with stunning city views, extensive amenities, and attentive staff.
Pros:

This was the most luxurious hotel we stayed at during our trip to Morocco. It’s a विशाल complex with countless rooms and a large number of staff. Everyone is kind and attentive, although the atmosphere feels less personal. By Moroccan standards, the hotel is very high-end and offers many special features you wouldn’t typically find in other accommodations. The view from the room and the large rooftop pool overlooking the city is truly breathtaking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. While both the dinner buffet (around €30 per person) and breakfast offer a wide variety and look very appealing, the taste is more comparable to cafeteria-style dining and doesn’t match the quality of food we experienced in most smaller hotels. Additionally, the hotel shows some signs of age and could benefit from renovation in certain areas.

Pros:

This was our second time in the hotel. Rooms are a little bit more worn-out but the location, food and views from the pool are are amazing.

Cons:

The maintanace and cleaning should be improved. Equimoent is often worn-out and we found a cockroach in our room in the morning.

Unsafe hotel, staff that steals money, horrible food. Worst hotel in Morocco.

Appeared to be the only traditional “hotel” jn the area.

Cons:

Poor to no WiFi, horrible food at restaurant, patio doors/windows didn’t lock (safety/security issues), staff tried to force steal money, no TV stations, and a hot tub that was not hot. This hotel fell below all standards of an American 3 star hotel.

Great place for a half way rest between Marrakesh and Merzouga.
Pros:

Great design of the common spaces and the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Nice view from the balcony.

Beautiful, beautiful property located on the hillside above the town in the valley. The art scattered throughout the hotel is amazing and you can't beat the pool. I will definitely be back!

Tres bien d’après mes clients
Pros:

Presque tout. Moi j’ai reservé pour mes clients (une famille de trois adultes) mais j’ai passé ma nuit dans un autre établissement. On m’a quand même offert le diner et le ptit dej au Xaluca.

Cons:

Deux hics: un danone qui perime le mm jour et les boissons au diner qui etaient extra mais il fallait le préciser aux clients. Merci
