The staff was WONDERFUL
Pros:

The staff ... the staff is what would make me come back but the Roaches would prevent me from doing so

I paid for a hotel I didn’t even get to stay in the hotel cancelled gave me a confirmation of the cancellation but yet b

It’s a pretty hotel. That’s only thing good it has going for itself

Cons:

I didn’t like that I booked it through booking but wouldn’t let me check in after 2:30am. If I can’t check in it should of had that detail in the booking or just not let me book it
