Dentro do padrão em que se enquadra, foi o melhor estabelecimento entre vários que utilizei no Brasil e exterior. O hotel é muito bonito, cada detalhe escolhido com ótimo gosto e intenção. Superou qualquer expectativa. Além da localização absurdamente privilegiada e sem interferência de barulho, café da manhã maravilhoso, limpeza , beleza e excelente atendimento, o hotel dá continuidade a uma verdadeira proposta eco originada pelos antigos donos . Há vários quadros e objetos distribuídos por toda a unidade. Raramente faço avaliações, mas neste caso tão especial, é de extrema importância que os turistas tenham essa experiência tão confortável. Que os descententes perpetuem as sutilezas e origens da hospedagem, tão cuidadosamente elaboradas.

Cons:

i stay three nights, there were not daily clean at all, i have never seen a hotel in any country like this, even much cheaper ones.
Also the staff are not well trained, i only asked for a receipt , until i asked the third staff , she managed to give me a very simple form.
3rd, AC is very noisy.

Café da manhã não foi bom.
Localização do hotel e muito boa.

Cons:

Internet fraca, ruim. Área de lazer dos hóspedes sem ar condicionado e os sofás extremamente sujos. Não tinha uma térmica de café para os hóspedes. Não tinha água para os hóspedes beberem. Parece uma administração cansada, ultrapassada.

Good not great
Pros:

The staff was great they even spoke English for me most of them which I really appreciated and they helped me with little things here and there which was excellent I really liked that they had beverages of all types on hand 24 hours the breakfast was pretty good as well I did not spend time in the pool but I looked inviting when I checked it out the place had a lot of charm. Also personally I do not like the door locking system I don't know what it is about these locks here in Brazil but they just turn and turn and it's hard to get a feel of them it seems overly complicated or that it doesn't work properly. Great location. Right in the heart of the Charming Bonito

I stayed in room 34 The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were uncomfortable as well. the shower head was coming off of the wall and pointing towards the wall and it also looks very dangerous when I would turn the knob to get the temperature control I would see a spark of electricity and really freaks me out that maybe I would get electrocuted also the shower pump for the soap did not work very well

Compensa pela localização, mas...
Pros:

A localização é espetacular, próximo da pracinha e todas as lojinhas, lanchonetes, bancos e a uma curta caminhada tanto do maior supermercado da cidade como de bons restaurantes. A piscina é boa, apesar de pequena, é bem estruturada e nos atendeu muito bem (com algumas cadeiras e mesas por lá para relaxar). O café é bom, mas pode melhorar. Os funcionários são prestativos e sempre atenciosos com os nossos pedidos

Cons:

Mesmo tendo apenas dois pisos, acho que pode ser um dificultador não ter elevador, pois quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade não conseguirá acessar a piscina que fica no terraço. O quarto, assim como o hotel em geral, precisa de uma repaginada (modernização). Acho que falta no quarto um sofá, uma mesa e, pelo menos, duas cadeiras para acomodar melhor os hóspedes, assim como melhorar a conexão da TV e disponibilização de mais canais. Ou seja, apesar de passarmos os dias nos passeios, quando chegamos no hotel gostaríamos de encontrar um pouco mais de conforto, por exemplo, o colchão da cama precisa ser trocado, pois está com afundamentos desconfortáveis ocasionados pelo desgaste do tempo.
