Poulo Condor Boutique Resort and Spa

I stayed at Poulo Condor Boutique & Spa for 3 nights in in mid December 2025 and rate the experience as excellent in every way. The room was spacious and comfortable with a colonial vibe. The dining room superb for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was a great experience as I opted for three 90-minute sessions over the course of my stay. I also rented a motorcycle for 2 days from the resort to see the island and the town. No worries; the roads are practically traffic free! The weather was a bit chilly for the beach and pool, although both looked very inviting. Airport pickup and drop off were part of the experience. The grounds were well manicured, beautifully illuminated at night and peacefully quiet. A final nod goes to the first-class staff. For an escape from busy Saigon, you could hardly do better. Wow! A beautiful resort, surrounded by stunning natural gardens and lily ponds.
Peacefully located just minutes from the airport, yet wonderfully serene. Our colonial villa was literally a one-minute walk from a quiet, well-maintained beach. The sound of the sea was incredibly calming. The villa was gorgeous, immaculate and very spacious.
A special mention to our personal host, Nhuan, who cared for us in a way that went far beyond expectation. She was incredibly kind and attentive, always going out of her way to help us with anything we needed. Made us feel less like guests and more like family ☺️

We had a great time at Poulo Condor Resort and Spa Con Dao. This is such a cozy and nice resort not only for couples/ family but also friends to spend their weekend getaway far from crowded cities and to enjoy this beautiful and transquil island of Con Dao! Not to mention that the staffs here are super friendly and helpfull. Great place to visit and it is just 15 mins from the main town of Con Dao.

booked this resort expecting a peaceful retreat, but the service made the stay stressful and disappointing.

The female front desk staff was insensitive & unhelpful. While I was in my room and hadn’t had dinner, she called only to rush me to settle payment, with no concern for my well-being. When I went to the lobby, the process was slow& inefficient.
I had purchased a bottle of wine at the restaurant & asked for it to be delivered to my room, but she showed no intention to help & kept making excuses, wasting my time.

She also promised breakfast for my early flight, but nothing was prepared. Staff lack coordination, & no pool staff were present during swimming or kayaking, which raises safety concerns.

A lovely stay - the perfect place to relax - the best end of our trip to Vietnam we could have ever chosen! The whole service team was polite, helpful and let us relax in the same way! The resort is beautiful and offers a big range of activities, we were not able to use them all! We had an extraordinary trip around the island, we followed the recommendations from Nhuan 🩷. A special thank you to Nhuan, she gave special support to us, we will never forget you 🙏😍

Great for travelers without children. Absolute peace, relaxation, privacy, authentic atmosphere, complete contact with the island's unique nature. The sandy beach is beautiful and you have it all to yourself. Excellent breakfast, the staff tries to fulfill all your wishes. The spa is also the highest level.

Tam in the Spa and Khang out host were amazing! Food was great and the rooms were spacious. Pool area is gorgeous and all the staff were really helpful and friendly

The Resort is really beautiful and the suites are very cozy and clean! The massage from Ms. Tam was one of the best I ever had!

This is the perfect place if you want calm, comfort and nature. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed. The beach area is lovely and never crowded, great for relaxing or taking long walks. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and from the very beginning the staff made us feel truly welcome. Our villa was spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and we loved the bathtub. The entire resort is surrounded by nature, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere perfect for disconnecting.

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.
But what made our visit truly unforgettable happened after we checked out. My partner lost a bracelet that was very special to him, so we reached out to the hotel. A staff member named Nhuần kindly offered to help us look for it, and she actually found it in the villa.

What touched us even more was that she personally came to bring it back to us, wrapped nicely with a sweet handwritten note. My partner had been very upset about losing it, and her gesture meant so much to both of us.

Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. We are very grateful for their hospitality, and we would love to return again soon.

A very beautiful resort, everything was exactly as we wished. The staff were very friendly and we received a very warm welcome! The food and the room were also great. The perfect end to our big trip to Asia. A stunning resort on the beach within the trees and nature. We were able to relax and recharge with the help of Tam (amazing masseuse who knows what she’s doing!) and Tien - great yoga teacher and Nhuan who was so kind and looked after us and helped us book up snorkeling trips.
Our villa was perfect- private and tranquil.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Paulo Condor Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Nhuan at the reception was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking great care of us throughout our stay. She guided us on all the best activities in the area — from hiking and sightseeing to boat tours and even releasing baby turtles.

The pool and restaurant staff were equally welcoming, especially Thao, who was always kind, professional, and attentive. Their service really elevated our experience.

We also treated ourselves to the hotel spa, welcomed by Tam, where we enjoyed one of the best massages we’ve ever had.

Everything was up to our expectations — the only thing we couldn’t control was the weather!
We still had a very good time and would highly recommend Paulo Condor Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This was an outstanding experience. The place is beautiful and the team was also great with us especially Nhuang.

Poulo Condor, about ten minutes from the airport (not that you’d know), is a lovely retreat with a gracious colonial feel. The staff are lovely. We had a little villa of our own overlooking the large lily pond. The pool is a good size and the beach only a few hundred metres further along. The food is very good and offers both Western and Vietnamese fare. There is a daily happy hour and a few free afternoon teas each week. The spa is suitably serene and the masseuses/therapists know what they’re doing. Worth considering - it’s only a short flight from HCMC or Can Tho.

It has take us a week to put our thoughts together and give as honest an answer as we can.
The staff are some of the warmest and kindest people we have ever met on our travels, nothing was too much. Simply amazing. The beach was simply stunning, and we managed to walk the whole length every day, breathtaking. we upgraded to the two bedroomed Villa giving us direct access to the beach,best move.
Now the negative: The Villa although massive felt unwelcoming and dark. The furniture is uncomfortable and in the time we just wanted to sit and relax it wasn’t easy to do so. The mosquitoes are a big issue and we spent very little time outside around our stunning pool because we simply got eaten alive. There is no inside shower only outside, the area where you stand is grubby and not clean and also again to be eaten-while showering is not everyone’s idea of heaven. The bedrooms again, needs modernising, there is nowhere to put anything next to you, the bedside lights are behind so to put on you have to get out of bed, not always ideal. iPads, phones even a book has to go on the floor.
For us it was a little piece of heaven spoilt by the accommodation.

We spent six nights at this beautiful place. Everything was very relaxing and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the canopy bed was fantastic.

All the staff were friendly and very attentive, especially Nhuan, the concierge. She helped us with our colds and gave us homemade ginger tea. Every morning she reminded us of the specials of the day. We were really pampered.

During our spa treatment, Ngan made sure we felt completely at ease. After the treatment, all the tension I had been feeling for days was gone.

The food in the restaurant was very tasty overall. But the absolute best was the à la carte breakfast. Tao, the senior advisor in the restaurant, was really wonderful and kind.

Very pleasant 3 nights stay in the resort. Extremely quiet, clean with a high level service. Staff at the reception, housekeeping, restaurant are so kind and helpful. The food both for breakfast and diner is excellent, fresh and tasty.

Stayed for 1 week at this hotel. Exceptional and very helpful staff. Colonial style rooms which are very spacious and clean. It’s located on the beachfront but if you prefer you could lounge around the pool which is set in a beautiful background setting. Special shout out to Nhuan who gave us helpful advice regarding places to go and things to do. The Resturant staff were also very friendly and the chef cooked the most amazing food

Wonderful experience in a colonial/jungle style resort. Superb staff and food. Really enjoyed staying in this top place.
