No regrets for paying a bit more for the roof top and lovely host lady.
Pros:

Beautiful design and fittings, nice feel.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, wie auch beschrieben, sehr schön (direkter Meerblick).
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Gepflegte Aussenanlagen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

WC: Brille sehr locker. WC Verbrauchsmaterial (Papier) etwas knapp.
Bettkasten in unserem Zimmer diente wohl gleichzeitig als Wäschelager für andere Zimmer. Wurden vom Zimmerservice, für die Entnahme des Bedarfes der anderen Zimmer, morgens geweckt.

Las camas y sofá cama muy cómodo. Baño ok. Todo limpio y cómodo. Estacionamiento en la calle.

Tener en cuenta que para este dpto hay varias escaleras que subir. No hay ascensor pero todo ok!

Non c'è stata disponibilità ad anticipare la colazione di 30min (alle 8 anzi che 8:30), e sebbene per una delle due stanze c'è stata la compensazione della mancata colazione (che non avremmo potuto fare) con un letto extra, per l'altra niente

Camera spaziosa e pulita (eravamo in 3 e stavamo bene), bagno grande. Bellissimo terrazzo vista mare con tavolino e sedie, stendino per poter stendere costumi/salviettoni. Frigorifero, aria condizionata e zanzariera. Colazione ottima sul terrazzo al terzo piano vista mare. Parcheggio gratis accanto. Wifi funzionava perfettamente. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ho anche apprezzato i bidoni per la raccolta differenziata di plastica/vetro/lattine nelle aree comuni.
