Очень уютный, чистый отель. Видно, что хозяин старается сделать все для комфортного отдыха. Отличное расположение, хороший завтрак и чистейшее белье и полотенца.

I felt a sense of peace staying at Neruda.
Pros:

We had a ground floor room with a lovely enclosed country style veranda. Together with a pretty little garden, it created a lovely peaceful setting. Spectacular views of the bay from the terrace dining room.

Чистый номер с удобными кроватями.

Cons:

Отель находится в процессе стройки или реконструкции. Видно, что в номерах идет какой-то ремонт.
Номер маленький. Туалетная комната не в лучшем состоянии. Завтрак скудный.

La vista desde la terraza el el desayuno, ver a del centro.

Cons:

No funciona.el agua caliente, nos fuimos sin poder ducharnos. No había nadie para recibirnos, un vecino del piso de debajo del hotel contactó con la persona que al final nos atendió. Habitación muy pequeña, no es la que sale en la foto.

No regrets for paying a bit more for the roof top and lovely host lady.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, wie auch beschrieben, sehr schön (direkter Meerblick).
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Gepflegte Aussenanlagen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

WC: Brille sehr locker. WC Verbrauchsmaterial (Papier) etwas knapp.
Bettkasten in unserem Zimmer diente wohl gleichzeitig als Wäschelager für andere Zimmer. Wurden vom Zimmerservice, für die Entnahme des Bedarfes der anderen Zimmer, morgens geweckt.

Excelente relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Las camas y sofá cama muy cómodo. Baño ok. Todo limpio y cómodo. Estacionamiento en la calle.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que para este dpto hay varias escaleras que subir. No hay ascensor pero todo ok!
