Amazing style, love all the details!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well situated to explore, the only issue is the noise from the nightclub across the street. It is loud and goes on until the early hours of the morning. The hotel would benefit from installing double glazing with an audio suppressant. A small investment and they would have happy clients. The decor is stylish and tasteful.

Nice and small hotel in the heart of Taksim, located in an area with lots of tourists and pushy salespeople. You can't hear the noise from the room! It's quite a short walk to the tram and bus. Friendly staff working there! PS: Don’t book a taxi through the hotel, we agreed on 1300TL, but suddenly the ride became much more expensive.

İlk gece gürültüden uyuyamadık, ancak otelin yardımsever personelleri bizi daha gürültüsüz bir odaya alarak sorunumuzu çözdüler. Kendilerine tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.

Room was very tight and balcony railing is dangerously low I’m 5’10” and it was below my waist that’s not safe

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! There are nightclubs all around the area that literally play loud music until 4am. If you want to experience the torture of sleep deprivation or if you are a night owl, this hotel is for you.

⛔️DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.🚨There is a bulk of hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Dirty bed sheet. Un-safe mirror door, which can be broken and hurt you. The lady manager is very un responsible and doesn't even know what the operation of the hotel is.you can see where they put the towel above the toilet, which when flashing all dirt can go to the towel I asked them to arrange the call or meeting with the owner, but they didn't do it. All my complaints are with proof and picture, which I shared in google map ( couldn't upload here ). They expect me to accept their apology for all their un professionals operation after spending more than 5.000 usd with the basket of fruit, which is shameful.

Mr. Cas is a beautiful and unique hotel for those looking to stay in a historic hotel but with modern comforts. It’s located on the bustling Istiklal Avenue, so shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The hotel is gorgeous with ornate details and fixtures that transport you back in time leading you to believe that the fictional Mr. Cas did once reside there. There’s a mini-museum on the second floor that celebrates some of the building’s real history.

My friends and I stayed in the rooms that connect with double doors. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I love the smell of the products in the bathrooms and throughout the hotel. The bottles were a little small, so it would be nice if they had full-sized pump dispensers to minimize plastic waste. Also, the grout lines seemed a little dirtier than desired, but it is an old building.

The breakfast buffet was a beautiful spread with a little bit of something from everyone. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. One of the rooms had an AC issue when we checked in, but the staff sent us a courtesy bottle of wine and fixed the issue by the evening. They also sent up someone immediately to close the skylight blinds to minimize the room heating up during the day.

One annoying thing is that the vanity lighting in the bathroom doesn’t have a switch. The only way to turn it off is to remove the card that activates the power for the room, but then you can’t charge any devices overnight.

The hotel was beautiful and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were all very welcoming and nice and helped us with any concerns. The location was very beautiful for tourists, as we got to explore a nice part of Istanbul. The room was always clean and tidy with a nice smell and was very comfortable to be in (mattress and pillows were very comfortable and clean) Every floor was beautifully designed and the walls were nicely decorated. Very good experience! 10/10

Excellent location, right in the middle of the busy street in Istanbul city. But with this Ofcourse comes some noise (night club near by) so it should be expected. But ignoring that, the hotel is excellent, staff are extremely helpful and attentive, the facilities look great and it’s difficult to get this central with other hotels.

Hotellet i sig är väldigt fint, jag hade önskat rum högt upp vilket jag fick men det jag inte visste var är att det ligger en nattklubb precis intill som spelar hög musik fram till klockan 5-6 på morgonen. Jag fick inte en helt natts sömn under vistelsen. Förbannelsen över rum 310, helt enkelt.

Vackra rum och skön säng. Doften inne på hotellet är magisk och produkterna på rummet likaså.

Very unprofessional and arrogant staff. I received a different room than what I booked and they insisted that it was correct even after I show them the pictures on Expedia. They said that Expedia doesn’t know but they do.

Location is prrfect its in middle of istiklal avenue so you are in the middle of downtown, unfortunately there is a night club infront with speakers outside very noisy but once you close windows its bearable, staff are nice but not easy to communicate with due to their poor english, AC was bad it doesn't blow cold air all the time, its crowded and loud noise from the streets if you are not into that it will bother you .

Location is wonderful, at the heart of istiklal st. Several restaurants and shops around. I got the Felix room, which was on istiklal st. Nice room and view but can be noisy at night. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The manager Cihan, was genuine and super helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide assistance. Hossein is a superstar and so helpful. I wasn’t feeling well and they sent me nice bouquet of flowers. Amina, is the best housekeeper and so sweet. I highly recommend this hotel. They made me feel I was home and safe!

Gorgeous hotel but internet is so slow

Unfortunately we didn't have a positive experience at this hotel.
-room was without sunlight and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. Artificial lighting was also too dimmed.
-you can hear everything that's going on outside of the door
-premium tv channels are advertised but only a few Turkish channels were working
-wifi is painfully slow
-heater in the room makes periodical noises that keeps you from sleeping
-lastly we complained about all of our issues throughout our 10 day stay, nothing was improved by the staff.
