Apto bem montado completo com.tudo inclusive filtro, fechadura eletrônica não precisa andar c chaves, garagem, tudo organizado me senti em casa adorei. Muito limpo.

Cons:

Faltou só uma chaleira elétrica de 100 reais. Quebraria um galho grande. Mas nada a reclamar. Tudo perfeito.

Só achei o local de difícil acesso, ruas sem calçamento,muitos buracos,mas, todos os funcionários muito educados e o local,lindo.Muito confortável, limpo, e o flat que alugamos,muito bom.

Pros:

Estrutura do condomínio muito boa. Ótimo opção de lazer para família. O apartamento é muito bem equipado. As características do apartamento poderiam estar mais claras, porém o proprietário cobriu esta lacuna com um ótimo atendimento e esclarecimento. A estadia superou minhas expectativas.
