Excellent hotel, very tidy with very friendly staff. 10/10

I have visited turkey for more than 10 times and this is my worst stay ever . First of all the lady in the reception called Özlem bilgin was mean and un helpful . They wanted to charge me double the price that I was given . Along with the uncleanliness of the room ,there was also a hole in the roof in our room . The only person who was helpful was called Gülşah

Stuff friendly. Room was not ready for guests. There wasn't any sheets for the bed, tv wasn't working properly turning off, phone was off unable to use it or conect to front desk, no irone, carpets were not clean and there wasn't any ice machine, no cups or water in the room.
Stuff was friendly, front dusk provide cups upon request and breakfast was good.

Hotel var lang væk fra tog, metro og byen. 2 nætter kunne jeg ikke sove på grund larm fra værelse nr.: 2110. Hotel værelse var meget lille uden vindue mod gården eller gade.
taxa fra lufthavn til Hotel koster 500YL til 600YL. ca. 270dkr.

Sehr nettes Personal. Rund um die Uhr für jeden da. Wir werden auf Jeden Fall nochmal kommen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

The room was very dated. And dirty. Staff was nice, but there was definitely a language barrier. I slipped on ice on the balcony- should have been a sign or tack strips down as I didn’t realize that it was icy. I hobbled to the front desk to ask for ice- but was not understood. The front desk did help me to order delivery food which was much appreciated. The breakfast was dismal. I ate bread and butter only🙁

So basically don't take this hotel unless your looking to go wholesale shopping in the middle of no man's land . The staff speak no English . The air con doesn't work. They include charges which they don't specify before hand and breakfast didn't include tea or anything apart from some very bad tasting toast. Will never book this hotel again ever. Also walls are paper thin so I got to hear my neighbours room going at it . Great.Avoid Avoid

Das MB Delux Hotel hat uns alles zu Verfügung gestellt was wir benötigt haben und gerne hätten!
Der Hotel Manager Hr. Sacakli und seine Frau sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit das man das Gefühl bekommt ob man sie schon Ewigkeiten kennt und sich sicher aufgehoben fühlt in der Großstadt.
Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team die uns sehr höflich und freundlich bedient hat !!!!!!

This hotel is situated in the midst of shopping heaven. The rooms are spacious and clean. But you will spend most of your time outdoor...shopping. You can find anything and everything here. But the only set back is...it’s wholesale market. Meaning you have to buy the same pattern for either 3,4 or 5 but with different sizes.

the hotel workers could not speak english. so we had a lot of problems.

The toilet had a p**s and blood on the toilet seat cover. The receptionist did not speak any language besides Turkish - I tried English, Russian, Spanish- it was unsuccessful and only made him angry. I was discriminated on the basis of being a foreign female. Also started to receive strange calls to my room about invitation to tea. When I contacted my Turkish friends to help me out, and they came to speak to the receptionist- they were kicked out in a very aggressive form. It was so inappropriate that I literally escaped from the hotel the first night. HORRIBLE!!!

Oteli hotels.com üzeri rezerve yaptım. Reseptionda çok kaba karşılandım.
Odamda bir parça eşya unuttum ve bana göndermelerini rica ettim. Hiç ilgilenmediler.

Staff is terrible.Pay attention, thay can chek you an hour earlier, and then charghe you plus overnight stay.Staff don't know any word in english.We found it hard to communicate woth them.Service was bad.Breakfast can be better. Simply, nevermore.
