The worst ever hotel. 0 star
Pros:

It's not a 4 star hotel, There was nothing at all to say good about the hotel, please check the pictures I have uploaded before booking this hotel please. Only outside building seems to be good.

Cons:

Dirty, uncomfortable, outdated, no health and safety, it's not even 1 star hotel.
The room was extremely dirty and not maintained at all.
Heavy mould on the bathroom ceiling and walls.
Toilet was stained and not properly cleaned.
Shower area full of dirt, limescale and black grime.
Drain and corners were filthy.
Carpet and flooring were very dirty.
Walls were damaged, peeling and stained.
Electrical sockets area had holes and marks.
Air conditioner and furniture were dusty and dirty.
Rusted and dirty appliances (hair dryer, fittings, lamp).
Overall condition was very poor and unhygienic.
No towels were provided.
No toiletries were provided except a basic soap and dirty liquid.
No proper tea/coffee facilities in the room.
We booked two rooms.
No room key was given because they said they could not find the keys.
This hotel does not meet four-star standards at all.
It was outdated, please do watch pictures I took to help those think it's 4 star. Management is very very poor. On top of all these issues, we were not given the rooms key because, they didn't find it. 😂. Booking.com allowing only 5 pictures, i will upload rest of the pictures on Google review. Do you watch if expecting 4 star standadrd.

A bad experience and when i did check out there was sigh of relief

Just their terrace space

Cons:

It was overcharged for its facilities, unprofessional attitude of staff ,room service was poor ,parking space was dirty and smelly,breakfast was just ok.complaint about tv and wifi but no one responded

I would never want to go back to this hotel in my entire life.
Pros:

Location wasn't bad. But the breakfast was just ok.

2 day getaway with husband
Pros:

They have issues with plumbing. The sinks do not drain very well. Also, I ended up with 2twin beds instead of a double for one out of 2nights with my husband. And although they said they would get me a double bed, I checked in around 5pm, and they told me I was too late. The actual accommodations are fine. The is a nice rooftop terrace you can sit at. Breakfast was good. Sink and shower drainage, needs work. I didn't book a 3rd night with them.

시알콧에서 가장 좋은 호텔이라고 하는데 시설이 매우 안좋아요. 특히 방안에만 에어콘시설이 되고 식당, 로비 등이 에어콘시설이 없어 너무 더워요.

Pros:

My room 118 was worn, the electrical outlets did not work. There was holes in the wall paneling and the wallpaper was torn. It did not have the ambiance of a four-star hotel. But, I discovered the day I checked out, that across the hallway, the rooms were remodeled and very bright, well kept and inviting. That side of the hallway appeared to be four-star, my room was no more than a two-star. Very disappointing. Also, the elevator did not always function. Sometimes I took the stairs.

Pros:

The property manager Amina wasnt cooperative at all. She didnt understanded my needs properly. The room wasnt available at the booked property and the notice given about unavailability of room was very short. Moreover, the food orsered at the property seemed like it wasnt fresh.

Pros:

Very accommodating staff. Room was large and comfortable.
However on the last morning of my stay, I was woken up at 5;15am with a strange fellow in my room. Needless to say I almost had a heart attack.
I believe he was told that I had already checked out and he was to do an inspection.
Breakfast was average.
Overall a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

Very Good Hotel, Brilliant Services, Very Secure place to live and nothing to be worried, everything near by,
Sialkot Airport 15mins.
Sialkot city and Cantt Area only 10mins.
Sialkot Industrial Area close by
I would stay again if ever I need hotel in Sialkot
