Nice location, comfortable bed, very stylish, modern furnishings, great views.

Cons:

My room was on the road side so was louder than my parents but fine with the fan on to cover the noise. Need that fan as was hot in the room! July and no aircon and i think the bar fridges run really hot.

Wonderful stop on our way through Switzerland!
Pros:

The town is very cute and friendly. The playground was one of the best we’ve been to! The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was nice.

Cons:

It was a bit hot without air conditioning and no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes and flys were coming in when we tried to get cooler air.

Pros:

The room was relatively good size although the layout was a little off to use the second part of the room.
The restaurant staff was kind.

Cons:

It was extremely hot during our stay (late June), and there was no air conditioning. The fan provided didn’t help, and our room was well over 30°C every day.

The restaurant was also very noisy, playing music from 6 a.m. until at least 11 p.m. As our room overlooked the restaurant patio, we had to keep the windows closed to be able to sleep.

To make matters worse, the fridge in our room was broken. When we reported it to reception, the response was simply, “We know.” As a result, we had to ask the restaurant staff to store our bottle of water in their fridge.

Everyone was grumpy. There are no tourist information leaflets or trail maps in English.

Great short stay
Pros:

This is a beautiful, modern hotel with fantastic attention to detail. We loved the cozy rooms and the great views they offered, and the excellent breakfast was the perfect way to start the day—a really wonderful stay overall!

We hope to visit the Hotel Krone again soon, we enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Lovely room with balcony, very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast fast great, a very large choice and well presented.
Dinner was exceptional, and so was the service.
