Wasn't aware I would be sleeping with spiders when I booked the room
Pros:

Staff was Amazing!

Cons:

1st room smelled like smoke. 2nd room smelled better but came with spiders and cob webs all over

It wasn’t the worst place but definitely wasn’t what I was expecting either.

Cons:

Rooms need deeply cleaned. Surface areas are clean but definitely not well maintained. Everything is out dated. There were things plugged in our room that went to the adjoining room and cords went under the door.

Not a good place to stay for me

bathroom bath mat - bio growth ring around outside rim
asked for non smoking - terrible smell
ac - very loud
limited tv station
Items were not cleaned- phone, desk, lamps, etc.

Cons:

Shower didn’t drain properly, no working fan in bathroom, Air conditioner hard to regulate and very loud. Sink did not drain properly. Bed hard to get comfortable in, poor sleep.

The bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The room was not cleaned well at all. The headboard was covered in handprints. There was hair all over the shower and tub. Chunks of dirt on the floor showed it was not swept well either. The chair in the room had a white stain so I was afraid to sit in it.

It was not the Hampton Inn, but I knew that when I booked it. But that was no excuse not to care.
Pros:

I use to stay at this motel when it was Richland Inn. I have fond memories of the friendliness of the people and the cleanliness and updated furniture in the room.
I did enjoy how quickly the room's AC worked and the waffles you could make for breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast: Even though the eggs and meat was not freshly made, it still could have been hot. One day, there was very little food set out

Staff: I only had contact with one service desk manager. He didn't speak much and wore the same clothes every day we were there: pants and a Halloween sweater with the hood over his head. I didn't even see staff walking in the ground.

Bathroom: The water knob on the shower was stuck so you could only get HOT water. Found a way to correct it. The toilet had to be flushed twice in order to get everything down.

Room: Desk chair was falling apart and peeling. They didn't make up the beds but changed the towels and emptied the trash. The cleaner also left a strong reefer smell that took a while to air out.

Parking: Too close to each other and solar panels. There was a construction crew
that stayed one night and they were in front of our door. They got out a grill to make dinner, were polite when we passed and there was no mess in the lot. Still it would have been nice if the manager would walked around more.

Below the expectations.
Pros:

The location was good. The bed was very confortable and the bathroom clean.

Cons:

The room smelled like if someone had smoked in there, although it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast service is very poor, no fruit or eggs are offered, only carbohydrates of little nutritional value.
