Pros:

Very large property with large rooms and beds. Very clean and exotic. We would book this hotel again if go back to the desert.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Hotel Rustico con detalles hermosos ubicado a las puertas del desierto.
La piscina excelente para un dia de calor. Personal muy servicial.
Habitaciones con camas grandes y comodas. El desayuno super variado y con bolleria exquisita. Sin dudas volveria en un futuro.

Pros:

Buffet dinner was pretty good -wide variety of salads was refreshing.

Got a quad room with 4 beds, but the two extra beds were so hard and uncomfortable.

Nice grounds and has indoor jacuzzi, though did not use amenities

Pros:

Hôtel en travaux dans la deuxième partie , ou nous avions réservé une chambre triple pour trois adultes. pas de chambre disponible (travaux) . Après pas mal de palabres il nous ont surclassé dans une chambre disponible sans travaux. En final satisfait du séjour de 3 jours avec notre fils dans une chambre surdimensionnée mais propre. Néanmois Hôtel vieillissant (électricité et clim...)

O hotel foi utilizado para apenas um pernoite em nosso caminho para o deserto e as instalações pareceram boas. Decepcionou-me a falta de "jogo de cintura" do pessoal da recepção, pois, ao chegarmos, apesar de mostrar-lhes a cópia da reserva em Hoteis.com, com a confirmação do pagamento, eles alegavam que não nos podiam deixar ir para o quarto pois a reserva não estava constando "do sistema". Ficamos lá na portaria por uma hora, com o funcionário tentando saber o que fazer com alguma chefia, quando bastaria ligar para Hteis.com e confirmar a operação de reserva concluída e paga. Só conseguimos entrar no quarto após "rodar a baiana" diante de tanto desrespeito - afinal, estávamos com o voucher de nossa reserva impresso. Muito difícil lidar com a incapacidade cognitiva de pessoas despreparadas. Não recomendo este hotel: eles não sabem tratar os hóspedes com respeito.

Passeio de dromedário, 4x4 foi uma grande aventura e o hotel tem tudo para a família, piscina coberta, quadra. Vale a pena conhecer.

Pienso que después de hospedarse en un RIAD donde la atención suele ser personalizada y dan un trato muy respetuoso cordial esperaba lo mismo
De esta cadena XALUCA ... En mi opinión este hotel simula un hotel más de las VEGAS. Donde todo parece ser un montaje o una escenografía ... La comida marroquí en general es deliciosa ... Está al ser un servicio tan masivo pierde su calidad y encanto ... Por lo demás cumple con standares básicos, buenas habitaciones y buenas camas
